Expansive Ocean Views-Prime Condo at Seascape!

Great property, very spacious, well decorated! Has all the amenities you could ask for…..except window coverings (not in the bedrooms nor the living room). That was the only downside as my kids were up with the sun. Other than that, the queen bed was quite comfortable. The king bed in the master was a bit on the firm side.

A highlight of our trip was enjoying morning coffee and evening wine on the deck watching the whales and taking in the gorgeous views! The condo was even nicer in person with cute decor, plenty of space and very comfortable beds. It was stocked with just about anything you might need - kitchen supplies, pool towels, beach chairs, etc. absolutely loved our stay!

Very spacious, well appointed & updated. Nice layout. Kitchen fully stocked. Great views! Easy parking & easy access to the pool/jacuzzi.

Another great stay.

We had a great stay. The beach was very close, with a great view on the balconies. There was an ant issue, but the ant spray provided did the trick. Rooms were clean and comfortable, as were the bathrooms.We had a great time.

This is our favorite unit in Seascape! Our second time here and we will be back next year. The unit is private, spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing get away.

My family and I had a great stay. We've stayed at the Seascape several times but the location of this condo is the best. I wasn't expecting the whales to put on a show but they certainly did and we soaked it all in. The mattress in the master bedroom was a bit firm for my liking but not bad enough to make me not go back. The house was fully loaded and the balconies are a definite plus. I promise you can't go wrong by staying here.

Beautiful views and beautiful property. Nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of linens. Easy access to pool and hot tub. Nice little hike to and from the beach. The family had a great time

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning ocean views and the calming sound of waves just steps away. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. From a fully stocked kitchen to cozy beds and plenty of outdoor seating.The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene and unforgettable beach escape!

The condo is nicely appointed with comfortable beds. Unfortunately the weather was very cool with little sunshine so we didn’t fully utilize the resort itself. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The extra large screen made it nice for watching a movie together in the spacious living room. Check in and check out was easy. Jane was responsive to our questions. The unit is one of the closest to the ocean. Just wish it had been clearer weather to enjoy the view more.

We stayed for a week--the condo had everything we needed and a beautiful view of the ocean. Everything was easy and the host quick to communicate. The resort itself was great with access to many amenities. The best part for us was the location. We were very close to Santa Cruz, Capitola, and Monterey but not in the middle of the crowds. This was a much more relaxed location in a beautiful area but still with access to everything. We took day trips up and down the coast but were able to visit local shops, beaches, and restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We really loved Aptos and other nearby towns. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great view and location.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Seascape, Aptos Beach, CA! The unit was perfect to share with the other couple that joined us on this 3-night getaway. It was a very clean & comfortable apartment on the second floor. The view was beautiful & each bedroom had access to the balcony. We spent a lot of time sitting out there to take full advantage of the ocean view! Good communication with our host. Sadly, the pool & jacuzzi were closed for maintenance during our stay but that didn’t stop us from having an excellent & relaxed time with friends. We agreed that we would happily stay here again! Thank you!

The view is beautiful and the condo is beautifully decorated and maintained very well. It is clear the owners and property managers think of every detail to provide an enjoyable vacation.

We stayed here only for a weekend but absolutely loved it. The room was beyond expectation, the views are world class from the balcony. The host was communicative and accommodating and everything was perfect.Looking forward to returning to this property again soon.

Beautiful place with a great view, many things to do in and around the area. We had a great time and will definitely stay again. Couple of things, we noticed that the unit smelled of marijuana when we first stepped into the unit. We noticed someone next door smoking it and with the doors open the smell really came into our unit. Also, the smoke detector in one of the bedrooms kept beeping so we had to take the battery out so we could sleep. But, all in all we had a great stay and will be back!

This seascape condo is very comfortable, beautifully decorated and the sunset ocean views the best! We hope to visit again, thank you for a great getaway!

Great 2nd story condo with great view of the ocean. First evening we could stand on the balcony and watch whales spouting offshore. No need to go on a whale watching trip! Since it is located on a bluff, takes a while to get down to the beach but if you are walking limited you can request (hire?) to have a golf cart take you down there. Dinner at the resort was great, a short walk away.

We had an absolutely amazing trip to Seascape! The condo was wonderful, the view was breathtaking and we will definitely be booking here again. Such a great location and so much room for the family. We played board games, read books, went on many beautiful walks on the beach and really took in the views!!
