The Space:

This home offers a unique reverse floor plan,with the living, dining, and kitchen areas on the top floor to maximize breathtaking ocean views. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, an inviting living area, and large windows that fill the space with natural light and fresh ocean breezes. Step out onto the deck to take in panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening sunset.



The home has two sets of stairs, providing a private and elevated retreat. Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and relaxation. There are 3 external security cameras; the one at the front door is disabled and not working. There is one on the roof that faces the ocean and one on the side stairs that just videos the stairway.



Please note: The home next door is under construction, and you may periodically hear construction sounds during the daytime working hours.
