78 Seascape Resort 2Br/2Ba w/Direct Ocean Views & Huge Wrap-Around Balcony

Absolutely lovely stay for reunion of longtime friends in Aptos. The condo was neat, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The view was fabulous from the double wide deck and the host communication was timely and efficient. I would highly recommend this stay to other guests!

Such a wonderful property. Very clean and super comfy beds! The view does not disappoint and loved our deer visitor.

The unit was clean and spacious. We are 4 school friends who got together to relax and visit for three days. 78 Seascape Resort was perfect. It is a beautiful place in a perfect spot. We walked to the beach, relaxed in the hot tub, and spent much time visiting and laughing. Nearby restaurants were easy to get to. September was a perfect time for this getaway. The weather was perfect and no crowds. Julie and Greg answered all of my questions quickly.

Great place to stay! At the top of a cliff overlooking the ocean, with an easy path to get down to the beach. Sunsets are stunning.This unit was spacious with lots of windows facing the ocean. The grounds are nice too. Lots of restaurants within a short drive--Bittersweet Bistro, the Hideout and Red Apple Cafe were our favorites. We took a whale watching tour in Monterey (11 humpbacks) and lots of walks on beaches on Highway 1. The area has a lot to offer.The communication with Greg was quick and helpful. Very welcoming.We'd love to stay here again someday!

We loved our stay at Seascape. The views were incredible with morning views of whales and sunshine. Plan to stay again every year to visit family and friends.

My girlfriends and a friends stayed two nights. Great views of the office? Condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The view from the property was gorgeous. The unit is close to the pool and the restaurants across the street were yummy. Check-in was easy and we had everything we needed. Neighbors were quiet and parking was easy. We visited Capitola, Santa Cruz, and Monterrey with ease. Would definitely recommend.

Great condo and great location

Everything about this property was perfect. The location, checking in was easy and the beach was amazing. The property was very comfortable and our stay was truly awesome. The only complaint that we had was we did not book it long enough. We could have easily stayed another week. It is really convenient having the little shopping center next door to the property. The grocery store has a fabulous deli, we had Chinese food at the local restaurant and also managed to order a delicious pizza! All without driving.

Exactly as shown in the photos and great location on the property near (but not too near!) one of the pools/hot tubs. Very responsive host. Lovely property with a restaurant, nearby grocery store, coffeeshop, pizza place and a close walk down to to a beautiful beach!

We were very pleased with checking in early, all the amenities were spot on, we had plenty of space for our check in, my wife was particularly happy with dining set up, we did not pack a high chair but in one of the chairs was perfect height for my 2 year old to sit at the table, my 8 and 9 year olds were like we love it here it we want to live here, lol and my 16yr old had her own space in the other bedroom, we enjoyed having 2 bathrooms with our family size came in handy big time, the pool was basically right outside, we loved our whole stay and would definitely book again!

Great location

My family and I stayed for 3 nights. This location is beautiful, you get the beauty of the forest walking along the paths, surrounded by the coast. The best of both worlds. The condo was just as seen in the pictures and the owners were great communicators. Pleasant experience all around!

Setting was lovely & a nice place to be after spending time in Santa Cruz, Monterey and Carmel and traffic getting there - there great places to eat in Aptos close by, as are grocery stores - Marianne’s for ice cream is a must! There is a village across the street from the complex with a small market & shops to check out too - Grounds are beautiful & pools and hot tubs are well-maintained - very quiet & staff were very friendly and helpful

This condo is perfect for a getaway! Comfy beds and amenities. We always love Seascape, this quiet location has good ocean views and easy access to everything. The pool across the parking lot, (too cold for us this trip, but others were swimming!), multiple beach access trails, walk to the village shops, market and restaurants. Aptos and Santa Cruz are very close for more beaches and exploring!

Everything about the unit was represented in the listing as described. The communication was outstanding - I wish all property listing communication was this good! A great spot to enjoy Seascape and the view, including the deer.
