The ceilings are under 7 feet and there is a beam that is lower between the living area and the kitchen so it’s a bit squishy for tall people.brbrbrbrGuest Access:brbrGuests have full private access to their suite and shared access to the Laundry room.brbrbrbrThe Neighborhood:brbrSuburban neighbourhood close to schools, a shopping mall and across the street from a mechanic and a hair and nail studio.brbrbrbrGetting Around:brbrThere is parking in the parking lot for vehicles and bicycles can be stored either in the laundry room or locked up under the stairs to the upper suite. Close to a walking and bike path that goes all the way from downtown to up island and there are bus stops half a block away so getting around is a breeze.brbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbrThere is a Tesla destination charger and an adapter available with deposit if you have any other electrical vehicle and do not have your own adapter.brbrbrbrThe suite is not close to anything exciting so it is very quiet at night with not much to do. This sometimes comes to a surprise to people so we like to make this clear so guests are not disappointed. If you want to be close to any action at night you have to stay downtown as otherwise Victoria is quite a sleepy little city. There is a mall with a Montana's and a Cineplex nearby but restaurants close early here so make sure to check their hours.brbrbrbrThere are children who live upstairs and they do make noise during the day while they are awake. As it is illegal to beat them into silence we just allow them to be children and live their best life! They are well behaved but like any children sometimes squabbles occur, sometimes stomping occurs and sometimes melt downs occur. There is not alot of sound proofing between the suites (we bought it this way) and while we continually add things to help we have not found the perfect solution yet so if you are sensitive to noise this is not likely the right suite for you. Note we are open to soundproofing suggestions though :)brbrbrbrInteraction with Guests:brbrWe are available by messaging and if you have any issues during your stay during business hours you can go to the law office at the front desk and they can assist or contact someone who can assist.
