Cute, well set up upstairs suite. Property owner was excellent at responding and communicating and created a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Suite is located in a quieter neighborhood that is also very close to everything you might need. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. WiFi and TV setup worked great. Very comfortable, relaxing stay.

Paul is a great host, and the property had every amenity you could think of!

The beds are very comfortable and it was charming place and in a nice location to amenities. It does have a flight of stairs to climb that I was unaware of. Check-in and out was very convenient and the owner was willing to work with us on dates and time of entry. He is very communicative.

If you are looking for a quality place to stay and this is available. STOP. Book this property. On a quite residential street. The double beds are comfortable. Large spacious kitchen with coffeemaker, hot water pot, micro, air fryer, dishwasher, large refrig with freezer, etc. In living room--large windows, AC, TV, and recliner with vibrate mode. Easy 9 miles driving from Victoria. Highly recommend.

The property was great! Such a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to food, and many activities close by. It was easy to travel all around the area from Malahat to Sidney all within 30-45 min depending on the traffic. And traveling into Victoria was a breeze. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

Our stay was short but very lovely!Came for my daughter’s wedding and so thankful for a space to come bs k to where it’s quiet and very comfortable!

Very clean, very spacious, excellent kitchen amenities, lots of seating, outside stairs to climb to the upper level, on a quiet street, some band practice noise the first night but not too late, would recommend.

Communication with owner was very easy and prompt. Location was very good for restaurants and grocery store. We booked because of the location being close to a veneer where we were attending an event. Beds, pillows were comfortable, clean, well equipped with supplies.Found it a bit odd that we couldn’t find an electrical outlet in the bathroom. The rain shower head was a pleasant surprise.

It was very comfortable and more spacious than the pictures indicate. The two beds and the pillows were so comfortable that we asked the host where he got them, and are considering replacing our own.

Paul thought of everything. Plenty of kitchenware to make a great meal. Condiments and spices available. Comfy beds. Fabuloshower

This place is awesome, even nicer than the pictures!!! It was our first experience with booking any kind of B&B, AirB&B, or VRBO — and we were exceptionally pleased and surprised. It is warm & cozy; well-furnished and equipped; and the recliners, beds, and shower are especially great. Paul, the host, is the BEST!!!!!

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Victoria to do the Finlayson ultra trail race. Property had everything we needed with lots of space to relax before and after the race. Would stay here again thanks

This not so little spot was perfect in every way! We walked in and it felt like home! Everything we needed was there, the beds were comfortable, Paul the owner introduced himself, very nice guy! The shower had so many knobs, looked kinda complicated, but it wasn’t!! We loved this place?it was close to the mall and I better quit gushing about it or the rent might go up ? thanks for a great stay Paul ??

Arrived earlier than expected but Paul accommodated an early arrival. The unit was surprisingly quiet given it close to main roadways. The location was perfect. Definitely would stay again

Paul is a very friendly and great host. (Ask about his music studio in the back of the house). It is always great to have a full kitchen when traveling and we used it to full advantage. The property is located in Langford about 30 minutes from downtown Victoria. The property is conveniently located with everything you need nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it if you don't want the hustle and bustle of the city,
