Newly renovated. Worked great for two couples. Ski out was a nice way to start the day. Ski in took some figuring out, but done right you just need to walk maybe 100m across and down the road. - March 2025 brbrWe loved our stay at Grandview Pinot Peak. It was a bright, clean, nicely-furnished and spacious place - perfect for two couples. And I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen. We cooked all of our breakfasts and dinners in, and the utensils, pots, pans, etc. were actually quite nice as well - a cut above most rental places! It was also dead quiet, which we appreciated, and a great base for cross country skiing either at Silver Star or Sovereign. The communal hot tubs were a bonus at the end of a hard day of skiing. Lots of things that made it feel like a home. Games, extra spices, laundry soap etc. So lovely to have 2 TVs and 2 bathrooms for a family groups with a combination of kids and adults. Location is amazing for higher level skiers. We had quite young kids so a bit of a walk or wait for the shuttle to get to/from the village. Hot tub was welcomed after a ski day and the boot/ski room was a game changer for dry gear for the next day! - January 2025

We appreciated the generous provided coffee, hot chocolate & tea basket with microwave popcorn too! Hooks to hang ski jackets and good use of space; a nice ski locker downstairs to store skis indoors. Comfortable beds ! Lovely view from balcony and window so we could daydream while watching the lovely TV! Gas fireplace ! A feeling of comfort & welcoming ambience. I loved the extra lamps and having the dimmable switch for the dining room created a cozy atmosphere. Clean to my high standards! Bathroom : that shower was seriously a 10/10 for heat and water pressure. Everything was perfect, including being able to access the ski slope right below our building just down the set of stairs ! - February 2024 brbrStayed here as a group of 6 for 3 nights and we were impressed! Only two people had to share a bed while the rest of us were able to have one to ourselves. Gone Ski’inn has very cozy and homely feel as soon as you walk in. Everything was clean and tidy, and the place smelt amazing! Not even a 2 minute walk to ski to the Silver Queen chair was super convenient and made getting first tracks so easy. The team at Silver Star Stays were easy to contact and had a lot of recommendations about places to eat, and things to do on the hill. The house is very well designed with large living areas and large bedrooms that work for a large group, in our case, a multi generational group. The kitchen is large with quality appliances and cookware. There was nothing we wanted or needed that wasn’t provided. The bedrooms are comfortable and well furnished, all with lots of space around the bed. Bathrooms are large, towels plentiful and lovely. The whole house is nicely furnished with lovely finishing touches eg our visit was just after Christmas and there were lovely Christmas decorations, as well as lots of throw rugs. We, also, appreciated the gift basket containing local and Canadian goodies and a bottle of champagne. For skiers, the house is perfect- located right next to a ski run and very easy ski-in, ski-out. The large boot room with boot drier is a huge plus and ski storage in the garage works well. We found this house close to perfect! - January 2025brbrStar Pine Lodge was modern, clean, and had more than enough space and parking to accommodate 13 of us. Communication was great and check in was easy. The kitchen was so well stocked and the entire house included so many thoughtful yet functional touches. We rarely heard anything or anybody outdoors and we always slept with the window open. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with towels, utensils, soaps and shampoos. Silver Star Stays always got back to me within 20 minutes when I had minor questions to ask her about the facility and the best way to take the relatively short stroll to the Village. I would recommend this unit to my friends who like the ability to just step into their skis/board and glide down to the Silver Queen Chairlift. After getting off this Lift you can easily ski down to the Silverwoods Chair to access the entire Silverstar network of lifts and runs. - March 2025

The place was great, host was great, we had the best time. - December 2025 brbrThe hosts are readily available and responsive to messages. They kindly answered my questions before checking in (is there a crockpot in the unit ) and the instructions for checking in and connecting to wifi were clear and easy. The condo is great! The queen bed had a high quality mattress and memory foam pillows (please consider adding one of these for each bunk too ). The kitchen had all the essential appliances, salt and pepper, and NEW nonstick cookware that is actually nonstick. You know the disappointment of making eggs in decrepit cookware which permanently binds your omelet to the pan until you've shredded it into a scramble Not here. Worth returning again, if only for decent pans and pillows. Additionally, some genius, probably with ovaries, decided to add a basket of feminine hygiene products in the bathroom. Like other units in the area, it is not fancy but also does not need to be. Standouts were the portable air conditioner in the living room and the well-stocked kitchen with many basic supplies. - August 2025brbrWe loved our stay at the condo - it was perfect for our family ski getaway! It was the perfect location for all the things we love to do - easy to access downhill lifts, close to Nordic trails, and a short walk to the village. But it was also very quiet, and close to dog friendly trails. The kitchen was well stocked, the entire unit was very clean, and we appreciated the extra pillows, blankets, and towels. Condo instructions were very clear and Silver Star Stays, was very helpful and responsive.
