Please do not leave food or garbage outside, as it looks like a free meal for the wildlife.brbrTechnology:WiFI and Cellular Service: Due to the remote location, cable TV and cellular service are not available. The home has free WIFI and a smart TV for streaming your favorite subscription channels. There's also cell phone service near Mt Baker ski area. **Internet service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent outages and these circumstances are beyond our control. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest and is one of the closest communities to the Mt. Baker Ski Area. The community has numerous hiking trails both to Glacier and to the Nooksack River, a children's playground and kickball field.brbrThe HOA requires gate cards for guest access, has rules for quiet hours, leash laws and a no campfire policy. Parking is limited to the vehicles that fit in the driveway perpendicular to the road.brbr**Please note that your rental may have limited parking availability. Carpooling may be required. Parking is not permitted on roads within the Snowline, Mt Baker Rim, and Snowater Community.
