The name is a tribute to these resident eagles.brbrBask in the beauty of sunrise and sunset and experience the sounds of Reveille and Taps daily as you watch the American flag being raised and lowered across the bay at a Naval building. On a clear day, a peek-a-boo view of Mount Rainier can be seen. Wildlife sighting is of course not guaranteed, but is spotted often at this special escape. Sea otters, Canadian geese, harbor seals, orca whales, and bald eagles are in this area. It's not uncommon to see two eagles in the nest or perching on the tops of the trees on this property.brbrThis vacation getaway is equipped with a propane barbecue, a swing set for kids, and a firepit. This retreat is close to town but feels like a vacation escape. It's a tranquil, single-level, three-bedroom, two-bathroom, waterfront beach house nestled at the end of a shared private road in the desirable Erlands Point neighborhood near Chico between Bremerton and Silverdale. The city of Silverdale is located five miles north and the city of Bremerton is located five miles south. There are many quaint towns to explore, such as Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island, Kingston, Port Gamble, Bremerton, and Port Orchard. Seatle is a one-hour ferry ride away (a 15-minute drive to the terminal).brbrAdditional features include a vaulted cedar-planked ceiling, an open floor plan, a TV with cable, free WiFi, a sunroom, a desk area, an indoor fireplace, a laundry room with a wash tub, a washer/dryer, a wrap-around driveway, mature landscaping, and a main bedroom with its own access to the back deck.brbrHouse RulesbrCheck-in time: 4:00 PM.brCheck-out time: 10:00 AM.brAll guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
