If any signs of smoking are detected, a $1,000 violation fee will be charged.brbr4.【NO ANIMAL】brWe understand how important pets are to many people, but unfortunately, this property is not pet-friendly due to the homeowner's allergy to animal danders/hairs. We kindly ask that you respect our policy and not book if you plan to bring an animal with you. If an unauthorized animal is found on the premises, we will kindly ask that it be removed immediately, and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.brbr5. 【NO SHOES】brWe kindly ask that you remove your shoes when entering the rental home to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all of our guests.brbr6.【Self Catering】brWe want you to feel at home during your stay, so we will provide an initial starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper. If you need additional supplies during your stay, they can be purchased from a nearby store at your expense.brbr7.【Early check-in】brWe understand that early check-ins can be helpful in certain situations, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that a $200 early check-in fee will be charged, and approval is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day. Please check with us one day prior to your check-in date to confirm availability.brbr8.【NO late check-out】brWe kindly ask that you check out on time so that our cleaning crew has enough time to prepare the rental home for the next guests. Late check-outs are not possible due to same-day check-ins.brbr9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】brWe want to make sure that our rental home remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests, so we kindly ask that you sort your garbage and recyclables and dispose of them in the appropriate bins. If you are unsure, please leave them inside the rental home, and our cleaning crew will handle them.brbr10. 【Lost & Found】brWe want to ensure that you have a stress-free check-out process, so please make sure that you take all of your personal belongings with you when leaving.
