To some people, orcas represent the strength of love and the bonds of family because of their strong group behavior. The orca is a symbol associated with luck, compassion, and family.brbrInspired by the ongoing survival of resident Salish Sea orcas, the Richmond Beach Community Association (RBCA) commissioned 22 artists from around the region to each create an orca whale sculpture for outdoor display. Each fiberglass whale measures 43 inches wide x 20 inches tall. Please note, ceiling height is low in the loft. You can not fully stand up. The studio also includes a full bathroom, kitchenette, wifi, free parking, heating/air conditioning and living room. The living room area features TV with Netflix. The space shares one sound-dampening wall with the main house where the hosts reside.
