Contemporary MT BAKER Condo

Great location and we have simple needs. It was just what we needed.

Nice clubhouse. Beautiful setting next to the river.

Nicely appointed and had everything we needed for rest and relaxation after some great hikes at Mount Baker. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo. Very well located to go to the Baker Ski Area (30min on a pow day midweek, 40min on Friday, plan to drive before 8am).Check in and check out instructions were very clear.Good wifi, which seems rare in the area, and important because there is no cell reception.

Perfectly outfitted condo to launch a ski day and relax at the end of the day as well. Perfectly suited our family for the Baker ski trip. Host was thorough, clear and responsive. Would love to stay here again.

Overall a cozy stay for a week! Communication with the owner was great, and everything was clean. Kitchen well stocked, although could use some updates to furnishings. The couches have both been replaced compared to the images in the listing, but comfortable enough for watching TV. Easy to access the complex, and check-in was easy, although this unit is up a very short hill compared to some other buildings. Note that there is wifi, but it was not strong enough for streaming much, and we struggled to work remotely in the unit (although the wifi in the clubhouse to the northeast helped with that). Thanks for having us!

The condo was just as advertised, and had everything we needed to use as a cozy base camp for a week of hiking and exploring the area around Mt. Baker. Excellent location, and just minutes from many of the trailheads. The Snowater community had many great activities for our family to do when we weren't hiking, including two large swimming pools hot tubs, badminton, and ping pong. Our daughter loved it!

The place was super clean and the kitchen very well equipped. Really nice trail by the river next to the cabins. It was the perfect location for a day trip around Mt Baker and Cascades National Park and for relaxing evenings.

Thank you so much for a fun-filled family weekend. The unit was well stocked and amenities as described. We hope to visit again, soon.

Perfect launching pad to Mt. Baker. Also a great little trail just steps from the condo - maybe .65 mile loop around condo property, mostly along the river, with gorgeous mountain views. Condo was cozy and had everything we needed.

The condo was perfect for my week stay and allowed me to reset. It was right in the middle of Artist Point and Bellingham. The host Darren was extremely responsive and gave great recommendations for golf and hiking. The resort itself was very quiet and peaceful as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to start the discovery of mount baker area with kids. Nice facilties for the Kids for entertainment.
