We have a daybed/sofa for two extra guests (best for children) with a nearby mounted smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows. (We do not have cable TV.) brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped to cook your favorite meals, with a new six-person table in the dining room. In case of rain (or just for fun!) guests can play with our well-stocked family games, puzzles, toys, and books for children. brbrThe primary bedroom is a large tranquil room with natural lighting, a queen bed, memory foam mattress, and quality bedding for your comfort. It has a lovely sitting area in front of the fireplace for morning coffee and a second sitting area near the window to enjoy the picturesque view. The bedroom has easy access to the deck and includes a full bathroom. Please note that, although this bathroom is private, it has the only shower and tub for all guests to use for bathing. She has her own parking space and will not enter the main property without guest approval. The living room area has wooded garden views, two love seats and at least two comfy chairs arranged for time together.brbrKitchen appliances include a small dorm sized refrigerator and freezer with a small ice tray, coffee pot, hot water pot, toaster oven, two burner electric hot plate, microwave oven, rice cooker/steamer, crock pot, electric grill press, small blender, fire extinguisher.brVarious kitchen utensils, bowls, pots, pans. A variety of servingware and a table with four chairs, two extra chairs also. There is about a dozen dish cloths, five hand towels and a handful of linen napkins (sorry, no paper towels).brbrWe also have a Twin rollout available that can be prepared for your needs. The living room area is used for this purpose, some furniture will be rearranged and the space becomes a cozy bunk style room. Extra blankets and pillows are available.brbrWifi internet is available to guests as well as a small Bose CD player or small PC type satellite speakers to plug most personal computers or other media devices with an 1/8 headphone jack or via bluetooth wireless.brbrThere is no television monitor, cable or satellite service.brbrThere are books and games on the shelves.brbrThe bathroom is clean and spacious. Parking directly in front of home easily accommodates 3 cars. Plenty of additional off-street parking nearby if needed.brOther things to notebr1) Our home has not been child safety proofed (cabinets, plug-ins, and the like), and features some fabrics that are a bit delicate for potential rogue pbj fingers. We can suggest covering a few key items with sheets if it helps reduce any worry about that. Then, everybody's happy!brbr2) Due to guests decimating our tiny beach recently, this rental does not allow harvesting of any any oysters, clams, mussels or grasses from the beach tidelands or property in general.
