It has never needed air-conditioning because we have a Whole House Fan that changes the air several times per hour and keeps it quite comfortable.brbrThere are two flights of stairs leading down from the parking area to the house and two flights of stairs from the house down to the waterfront and our private docks. There is a circular stairway leading up to the second floor. Therefore, the property is not appropriate for anyone who is mobility-impaired . brbrThe waterfront is like a natural seawall with two large docks, PLUS moorage rights for a boat on a third, adjacent dock. These overlook the driveway, exterior of the sauna, front door entrance, the pool & pool equipment and hot tub. These cameras monitor weather, package deliveries, and guest & neighbor/neighborhood security. Tampering with cameras is immediate cause of eviction. There are no indoor cameras. Additionally, there is a noise decibel monitor in the home’s common spaces. Noise decibel monitors are devices that assess sound levels and their duration but do not record audio.brbrbrOUTDOOR FIREPLACE:brThe outdoor fireplace will not be available to guests during burn bans.
