Please note: The beach in Ocean Shores is constantly expanding. Over the past 60+ years, since Ocean Shores was founded, the ocean has continued to gradually move farther away, creating large protected sand dunes between the hotels and the ocean. So, while this property is technically “ocean front” it’s probably more accurate to say it’s “dune front” these days. This can be good or bad depending on your perspective. These days it’s a bit of a walk to the ocean. However, it’s a beautiful stroll as you walk through the protected sand dunes.
