This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!brbr*No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.brbr*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time.brbr*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come.
