The Everley is a perfect home base for vineyard/brewery hopping, hitting the slopes at Wintergreen or staying in to enjoy the tranquility.brbrPrivate non-through road. There are some neighboring homes that can be seen from the property but none are directly adjacent.brbrThe property sits on 32 acres! While a lot of that land is densely wooded, there is plenty to explore right outside the door. There are 2 fire pits, 3 creeks, and loads of outdoor space for your use. All spaces are private for guest use only during your stay. While we encourage you to explore the great outdoors, please be mindful of the fact that you are in a more rural wooded area and use caution as you would on any hike or nature walk. The homeowners are not responsible for any injuries that may be sustained while exploring and we encourage everyone to be as safe as possible!brbrParking: Driveway 1 to the right of the main house can fit 3-5 cars (stacked in a line). Driveway 2 by the Guesthouse is much larger and can likely fit 5-7 cars, stacked and another driveway area between the homes could fit another 3 or so cars, stacked.brbrWhen you book this listing, you are reserving two homes (main house and guest house) and the entire property as yours!brbrPlease note: We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs per rental on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire if you have a pet prior to booking as there are additional pet fees.brbrEverley Home: Enter the front door to a spacious kitchen and dining area with a dining table for 8-10 and additional bar stools at the counter. We will have an additional folding table that can be set up by the dining table with seating provided (lighter chairs on lower level that can easily be brought up from downstairs for 4-6) so your entire group can comfortably eat together in the space. There is a deck off this area with dining seating and for all the grill aficionados there is a Big Green Egg grill and a separate standard 4 burner stainless steel propane grill.brbrOff of this area you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms- one with a bath tub and another jack-and-jill style that opens to the kitchen or to a room with 2 twin beds.brbrBedroom #1:brQueen bed with 2 closetsbrFull bathroom across the hallbrbrBedroom #2:brTwo twin beds and a closet. A bed bridge will be provided that easily converts the 2 twins into the size of a King.brThere is an an en suite bathroom with a stand-up glass enclosed shower. Off of the living room there is a private deck with an outdoor fire table and chairs to take in the peaceful wooded mountain views. brbrUpdate! In November 2025 we made the downstairs bonus/rec rooms into ultimate game rooms! The spacious living room now has shuffleboard, foosball, XBOX hooked up to TV, and vintage-style arcade games- NBA Jam and Ms Pac-Man. A bonus nook off the rec area will have a memory foam twin cot that is permanently made up for guests and we have 3 additional twin cots that can be made in rooms throughout the house. To sleep 20 these beds will need to be used. The bonus rec/fitness room has weights, yoga mats, pop-a-shot basketball game and a folding ping pong table.brbrPart of a brand newly renovated area of the house you will find bedrooms #4 and #5 that are located down a hallway on the lower level adjacent to one another. Each room has a Queen bed.brbrThere is a brand new beautiful full bathroom across the hall with a jacuzzi jetted soaking tub, extra large glass-enclosed shower and double vanity. There is also an exercise space with a treadmill, yoga mats, free weights, and an 8 ft folding table that is perfect for all of your favorite drinking games and a full fridge with freezer for additional beverage storage. brbrThere is a laundry room with a washer and dryer also on this level.brbrThere is a fire pit area down to the right of the driveway with wood provided.brbrEverly Guesthouse: brbrWalk one minute past the main house and you find yourself on the extra large front deck of the Guest house. This home is great for those with mobility issues that need single-level living and excellent for wedding parties that may want to divide the group up based upon everyone's sleep schedules and needs.brbrUpon entry you are met with an open concept living room dining and kitchen area. The dining area has a table for 4 and with an additional 2 bar stools to seat 6 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked and has an electric stove and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer off this space and a large back deck and a fire pit.brbrTo the left of the living room there is a main bedroom (Bedroom #6) with a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a round soaking tub and smaller stand up shower. On the opposite wing of the home there are two bedrooms each with Queen beds (Bedrooms #7 and #8). The two bedrooms share one full bathroom that is located between them. brbrThere is plenty of outdoor space that you and your group are welcome to enjoy including two fire pits, three creeks that create a constant calming sound of running water on the exterior of the property, and some grounds for games.brbrThere are two pack-n-plays and 2 folding high chairs at the property. One pack-n-play comes with a changing table attachment.brbrPlease note: There is an additional $25/per person per night fee for groups over 8 people to help offset the costs of additional wear and tear and supply costs as we do provide all the supplies needed to comfortably live in a home. AirBnB only allows for guests to put in up to 16 people so please let us know if you will have more than 16 (up to 20 allowed) and we will add that into the total. We ask for guests to be honest about this and it can always be adjusted up until your stay if people are added or drop out, so we will be fair both ways! We are going to be testing out some non toxic solutions to help discourage them from entering the house, but they find any crack to come through and tend to hang out in windows and sunny areas. Because of this, we will keep drapes closed between guests and we will do our best to sweep as many up prior to arrival but do not be surprised if you arrive to some alive and dead ones in and around the windows, especially during transitional months. We do not want this to be perceived as a cleanliness issue as the home will be thoroughly cleaned by our amazing team between each stay!

Off the TV room is a relaxing room with couch, reclining swivel chairs and a desk with chair. The ground level also features its own kitchenette along with a couch and TV.brbrBEDROOMS: brThe home has four bedrooms, each with one bed. Our second floor master suite features a king-size bed, chaise lounge, chair and bench, walk-in tile shower, tub and private balcony. We met while attending the University of Virginia and we got married and lived in Charlottesville after graduating. We love Charlottesville but just needed more space for our kids to run so we built our home in Crozet. We spend a lot of time in the nearby area of Afton along Route 151 going on hikes, visiting the local breweries and vineyards - all the things we recommend to our guests to do! We not only own the spaces that we rent out to our amazing guests but we spend time in those spaces as a family. I am a Realtor at Nest Realty and being a super host has been an avenue of real estate that I enjoy. We built and remodeled our properties and take a lot of pride in them to attract our guests to our little slice of heaven in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.brbrThe area is rural with homes spaced out on 2-10 acres. Most homes are lived in by the owners so please be respectful of noise as they live here full time. Veritas Vineyard is 200 meters down the road and Afton Mountain Vineyard is about 1 mile away. They are located among residential homes all on larger parcels of land. The neighbors behind us own cattle that sometimes graze along the wire fence in the back yard.brbrThere is a very large U shaped driveway with plenty of off street parking for every guest if they drive themselves. It can easily accommodate very large vehicles with no issues.brbrThe Branch has all one level living for bedroom and living space access. The main level of the house has a primary bedroom (Queen) with attached ensuite (full bathroom). The closet has been remodeled into a getting ready space in the bathroom. There is a 2nd full bathroom off the hallway with two additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 (Queen) and Bedroom 3 (Queen and Twin). There are several outdoor retreats from the covered front porch that faces East to watch the sunrise, the rear covered porch facing west to watch the sunset while grilling dinner. The screened porch is right off of the kitchen and has a wood burning fireplace in it. Downstairs, the basement we like to call the TEEN/TODDLER hangout! Completed with a large sectional sofa, 2nd TV, air hockey table, game table and chess/checkers table. There's also a corner of the basement with soft flooring and dress-up / toys for the kids to enjoy. A full size Washer/Dryer and 2nd refrigerator are also in the basement. brbrThere is a large U Shaped driveway that can accommodate vehicles if every guest were to drive as well as a large tour bus if you decide to hire vehicle transportation during your stay. All bedrooms have similar square footage. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom has a pair of twin beds, and a bonus room with a pair of twin beds. Amenities include: fully equipped kitchen, free fiber wifi, flat screen streaming TVs, private furnished patio, linens, towels, private driveway, and more.brbrbrbrOne of the bathrooms has a stand up shower. In the summer it does stay nice and cool.
