Very nice house with plenty of room and new everything. 5 blocks or 15 min flat walk to board walk. Seven Eleven just round the corner. Plenty of parking.

Lovely house for a family vacation. Plenty of room for a family of 5. My wife loved the short walk to the local coffee shop before hitting the beach.

Very clean property inside and outside. The cleanliness made is feel like my own home and I was very comfortable with using everything. The kitchen is very well equipped. The master bedroom is large and comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub was not working so that wasn't good. There wasn't a grill brush to keep the grill clean, as asked, but I communicated it to the owner and she sent an instacart order with a bundle of grill essentials that arrived about an hour after we spoke.

Beautiful property in great location! Nice back patio with grill access and outdoor table to gather around. Our family enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We had some issues with the new lock but it got solved

We were staying in VA Beach for my son’s wedding and this place was simply perfect. So well appointed, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed, nothing to ask for. We missed the instructions for the internet and the host responded super promptly. Within walking distance to LOTS of restaurants. You won’t regret this stay.

The house and location were awesome. The amenities were sparse. Make sure to bring your own soaps, shampoos, and paper products. Only 1 small bath towel and 1 pillow per guest. No back ups available.

It was a perfect house to walk to restaurants and the beach. The Vibe District is super cute and there are several great spots to eat. The house was spacious and very clean, worked great for our family.

Easy half mile walk to the beach. Great food and coffee just blocks away. The house was even more spacious than I imagined from the listing and was perfect for our family spring break.

Property is as shown. Convenient location to restaurants and easy walk to the beach. A lot of pedestrian foot traffic in front of the house. Slightly dated interior with a mix of furnishings. Clean and easy to access.

This was such a lovely property and the location was wonderful. We walked to the farmers market, the beach, and a variety of coffee shops. Our host was very responsive and friendly. One thing we would have liked improved was the soaps. The dish soap, hand soap, body wash etc were all watered down. In fact, we spoke with friends who had stayed there before and they said they had also put that in their review. We had to go out and buy our own hand soap. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

I loved this property. Spacious, incredibly clean and just perfect for the 6 of us. About 15 minute walk to the beach. I would book this again in a heartbeat.

Very well maintained. Its the cleanest home that we have ever stayed in especially this late in the season.

We were in Virginia Beach for a larger family reunion and the location of this house was just a stone's throw from family that live in the area so that was a bonus for us. The house is in a fantastic neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops, and of course the beach and boardwalk all within easy walking distance. We brought our own bikes and beach chairs/tent that we could easily store in the garage. The house is very clean, very well-appointed, and very comfortable. We had four adults and three teens staying and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space for hanging out both inside and outside. The upstairs master bedroom is enormous and worked great for my older parents to have as their own quiet space away from the activity of the younger generation! The owner and manager are friendly and responsive. We had a little hiccup with the garage door not opening and the property manager came out to fix it immediately. We would absolutely stay here again!!

This gorgeous house is just as pictured, had everything we needed, and is conveniently located in the ViBe District of Virginia Beach. We were within walking distance of several great restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries. We also walked to the Farmers Market on Saturday, and there were a lot more vendors than we anticipated! It's about 1/2 mile to the oceanfront and we had quite a bit of stuff, so we chose to drive to one of the paid parking lots closer to the beach every day. We had a great time during our stay...highly recommend!
