NEW LUXURY OCEANFRONT HOME- 5 bdrm w/ elevated oceanfront pool- Sandbridge

Excellent location and a beautiful home.

Beautiful Home and what could be better than waking up to a view of the ocean! Sitting on the deck enjoying a morning cup of coffee, watching, the waves and the ships coming and going. We had a few dolphin sightings as well. Even with the 2 days of storms the view was amazing. This home has plenty of space for our family of 8 Adults. And everything we needed for the beach. Our only suggestion would be to have hand soap in all bathrooms, (if you use bar soap maybe leave in the box) and wash clothes, along with the towels. Extra towels in the bathrooms would be great as well.

Outstanding! Our family (9 adults and 3 boys) spent 9 wonderful days at this newly built beach house. When you step into the open floorplan of the main level with its wall of windows, the view of the ocean is breathtaking! The kitchen is abundantly furnished with attractive table service and cooking supplies, the double bar refrigerator and built in ice maker were in constant use. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own space.The large covered balcony and fitting furniture kept beckoning the adults to just sit and ponder the ocean's magnificence. The kids never tired of going back and forth between the beach and the pool. We had planned to go on several day trips but that fell to the wayside because we all were so content to just be at our beach house! The cleanliness, the top rate bedding... I could go on and on... The owner of the house was very personable and responsive in our interaction... Our experiencing this house on the sea will long be carried in our memories......!!

Everything about this new house - design, construction & decor - was absolutely five star. Beds were very very comfortable with high quality bedding. This house is for those who are truly discerning - beautiful design choices inside and out. (Everything was just as pictured and well stocked with all necessities.) There are ocean views from every bedroom. Gorgeous decks and an Oceanside pool mean you will decide to stay in 24/7, but if needed there is a corner market and a few dining options nearby. This is a wonderful area & beach, away from the hustle and bustle of VB but close enough to easily visit. The property contact was easy to work with, and check in/out was a breeze. We look forward to returning to this amazing property!
