Beach Home - 5 Minutes /2 Blocks Walk To Virginia Beach Oceanfront & Boardwalks.

It was spacious

Lots of rooms, beds, and bathrooms. No shortage of space.Kitchen is well stocked and a dining table for 6 plus folding chairs available. Keurig coffee pot, washer and dryer.Quiet neighborhood.

The house was nice and the location was great. Unfortunately, during our stay, the air conditioner went out. The owner did his best to fix it, but it didn’t get fixed until Friday. I was hoping for some consideration on the rent, but nothing has been forthcoming. I’m very disappointed by that since I did not pay that much money for a house with no air-conditioning. I will not be staying there again.

We had a great week. Anthony's house was beautiful! One thing that was confusing was the thermostat. It seemed to have a mind of its own. We would set the temp, and later it would change itself. Mus be pre programmed.

Great stay although we didn’t know about the fighter jet noise in VA beach and found it pretty disconcerting.

Anthony is a wonderful host! He was responsive and the house was perfect for our needs. 4 adults and 3 children (17 year olds) traveled from Wilmington NC for a dance competition being held at the convention center. This house was minutes away from the convention center and only 2 blocks away from the beach. The house was clean and had all the things needed to make a week long stay go smooth. Highly recommend!

Very clean and well maintained home. Well stocked with bath towels and toilet paper. Bring your own beach towels and toiletries, however. Great option for proximity to boardwalk and beach. Host was very communicative and helpful regarding check in and check out. We were able to use the onsite electric vehicle charger with no fuss.

The property is just as advertised! It was a perfect home for a girls getaway. We utilized three of the bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and the main floor half bath. The kitchen, dining room and living room were nicely decorated and organized.

We had a fantastic stay and experience at this property. We did have an issue with the Keurig initially and fortunately for us (unlike most rental properties) the owner is local and fixed the issue within the hour. He is prompt, amicable, and very accommodating. We are in VA Beach every year to attend a conference at Wave Church and have already inquired to book the property for next year!

The house was nice. The neighborhood was good. The location to the beach was good, but we weren’t there for the beach so that didn’t really matter to us, but it was still very close. We had plenty of room for all of us. There were five of us. My only concern was we were there in the winter time and there was no throw blankets in the living room so we had to use a comforter from one of the bedrooms while we were sitting on the couch. Other than that, the stay was good. I would stay there again.

Property is exactly as described 3 blocks from the sand and sea. Spacious rooms and nice clean bathrooms. Great main level living room, kitchen and dining room. Garage is a great place to hang out. We really enjoyed the property. Very easy check in and out.

Great location, clean, home had everything we needed as a family. Would recommend it to anyone coming down with a group, plenty of space for everyone, walking distance to boardwalk.

We came to VA beach to enjoy the beach and visit with family. The location was perfect for us to easily walk to restaurants, the boardwalk and Rudees Inlet for a dolphin boat tour. The house had plenty of bathrooms which was amazing and the host was super responsive! WilWill definitely stay again.during our stay.

Very comfortable house to stay at. A/C was great, which isn't always the case at the beach! We cooked a lot and appreciated the well-supplied kitchen, including an instant pot. The beach toys/chairs/wagon were also really helpful. Owner was very responsive to any of our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

We had 12 people in our group and we all stayed very comfortably in this home. The beach is such a short walk away. The kitchen had everything that you could need including an air fryer! There are 2 washer and dryers which was incredibly helpful with so many people. The thing that really blew us away was that we never ran out of hot water in the showers. We had to contact the host by text at one point and he got back right away and was incredibly helpful. Definitely would recommend a stay here in Virginia Beach.
