Only a few steps away from the beach in an area that is less crowded than the hotel area just to the south. The location is also convenient to the VB Convention Center. This is an adorable ONE ROOM studio condo with recent upgrades and renovations including new flooring and a custom tile shower ! There is a beautiful pool overlooking the boardwalk and ocean for guest use. The studio also overlooks one of the most popular upscale restaurants in the area. There is a private bathroom with a view of Atlantic Ave. from the small portal window in the full shower and a functional kitchenette including a microwave, an induction cooktop, air fryer toaster oven combo, and refrigerator/freezer. The studio is a small but efficient space that sleeps 2 in a comfortable queen size day bed and has a small ocean view from the window that is visible from the pub table. There is NO additional seating other than the day bed that functions as a sofa and 2-top pub table. There is self adjustable AC and heat, a ceiling fan, big screen TV with cable, free high speed WiFi and a charging station beside the bed for all of your devices but put them away and go enjoy the beach !
