The Boat House is built right on the deck overlooking the beautiful waters of the Chesapeake Bay. And we do mean right on the water. We have a dock from which you can fish or just enjoy the water. We also feature a water front deck to sit and enjoy the view.brbrWe have multiple decks and docks for you to enjoy the water and the spectacular views and sunsets! However, be aware that some parts of it are still under construction. brbrWe also have a large fenced in backyard for your little ones to run and play. Parking is off-street in our driveway. brbrOur single bedroom features two beds - a Queen Size bed and a Twin Size bed. This unit is perfect for a couple and even a small family of 3. We will allow a bit of piling in if you have younger children, but any additional bedding or sleeping arrangements will be up to you.brbrOur kitchen, or kitchenette rather, is small and not designed for cooking meals. We do not have a stove, but do offer a microwave and small counter top toaster oven. This is not the place to cook meals but more of a place to reheat them. brbrOur bathroom features a stand up shower, toilet and sink. The living room includes a huge 70” smart TV and a fully equipped surround sound system which is perfect for movie nights! There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
