We have a 75 Large Smart TV along with High Speed WiFi for your streaming tv entertainment. The beach is about a 20 second walk from the back door. We also have a washer/dryer for your convenience.brbrOur back deck allows for a very relaxing place to enjoy the little ones and your 4 legged family members. Enjoy the beautiful views of the beach/bay on our outdoor furniture and enjoy our charcoal grill for those outdoor cooking events! We also have a fire pit where you can sit outside and enjoy a campfire! brbrThis property is a bit dated as it was built during the 1940's. All systems and appliances work as they should; this is a vintage cottage on the bay that exhibits the historical architecture and features of yesterday. As such, this older home may not be for everyone. We do strive to make these older homes as comfortable, clean and cozy as possible. However it is not perfect in every way - some floors are not perfectly level, some windows do not open easily, some trim is missing around the back deck, interior doors and locks are a bit older - if these items are important to you, maybe another unit would be more suitable. brbrThat being said, our location can not be beat! Parking is right outside your door. There is a small unit above this cottage in the “attic” space. Those guests have their own entrance.brbrEven with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is now over 115 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage. But even so, we hope that you will love our older and charming home.brbrPlease understand that once a reservation has been made, we do not revisit/refund if you have reduced the number of guests or have chosen to not travel with your pet.
