The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. We have a full size refrigerator and a gas stove. brbrOff street parking is just outside your front door.brbrWe also welcome longer term stays in this efficiency apartment. brbrI've allowed for 3 guests just in case a couple may have an infant or baby. But there is only one Queen Size Bed for sleeping, no other bedding arrangements would work in this studio; it is ideal for a maximum of 2 adults. brAgain, the beach is a short one minute walk with no streets to cross!brbrWe are also pet friendly (with a $49 fee)brbrThis Studio Apartment is one of 6 units in this building. The building was built in the 1950's, and as such, many of the the windows, systems and appliances are dated.brbrWe are proud to offer a beach side apartment that is clean, comfortable and provides all the necessities - Smart TV, WiFi, Full Kitchen, Bathroom and best of all - the beaches of the Chesapeake Bay! brbrWe have off-street parking and are close to a brewery/BBQ restaurant that is walking distance. Fishing from the surf is excellent, and the beach is also pet-friendly.brbrThese are older units and do show some of their age as many of the vintage gas stoves remain, as well as the cast iron tubs and sinks. Some of these tubs and sinks may have a bit of rust, but all has been fastidiously cleaned for your use! We are proud to be able to offer such low-priced beach side studios, but we also want our guests to have the proper expectations. These units are clean, but will show age with some rust stains on the bathroom appliances, windows that may not open and close properly, flooring that is a bit worn, cracks in the plaster on the walls and/or ceilings, and appliances that show their age; if you will find these issues bothersome, please look for a more contemporary place for your vacation. br brIf, however, you prioritize being conveniently located to the beach where you plan on enjoying the majority of your vacation, we believe you will be happy here. It is one of the last remaining beach boxes built during the 1940's. As such, there are vintage-touches still in place. brbrSandy Mutts has many of the original features such as tiled bathroom and electric heating system. There have been some upgrades which include the window AC unit, fresh paint throughout both inside and out. If you are looking for modern perfection, this may not be for you. Our pictures are accurate and show the home as it is. We have tried to make it a cute, comfortable and an economical place for small families or couples to enjoy our beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beaches. brbrThere is a brand new beach access boardwalk and stairway that will allow for easy access to the beach. Parking is along the small road adjacent to our home, just a few steps from your front door, just off of East Ocean View Ave. We are close enough to the beach that occasionally we can hear the waves, but the dune blocks our view. The walk to the beach is less than one minute and there are no streets to cross.brbrThe full bathroom has a combination Shower/Tub. We have a small back deck which is a perfect place for outdoor dining and just relaxing in the shade.brbrThe kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silver, pots/pans, cups and glasses and will allow for cooking family meals.
