Stayed Jun 17, 2024The property’s location is perfect. Steps away from the beach that is private. The view from the property is unmatched. The deck/balcony is spacious and provides an amazing view of both sunrise and sunset. The furniture is nice and the kitchen is very well stocked with all needs. The coffee center is amazing. The owner was very supportive. There are few fixes in the house that need to be done but they are simple. Overall, we highly recommend this property.

Stayed Jun 10, 2023This is a lovely property and Dwayne is a great host! The condo is right on the beach and the views are unparalleled. The Willoughby Spit is north VA beach, in Ocean View, and away from the boardwalk and usual beach bustle. We basically had the place to ourselves, besides a few people fishing and things. The condo is clean and very well-set up for guests. When we were there, we saw that a few repairs were needed (leaky window, missing light switches, etc.), but these were minor and did not impact our stay. Dwayne provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and lots of towels, and was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!
