Do not temper with or remove any security devices inside or outside the property. Tampering with any of the security devices will result in a fee of $500. br13. Do not burn any candles, incense, or any other open flames. br14. No wearing of make-up on the beds. If any sleeping pillows, sheets, or comforters are not in the same condition as arrival, the guest is going to be charged to replace. br15. No removal of items from the property or damage of items on the property. We reserve the right to charge 1.5x the cost to replace the product that is either removed, damaged, or in any other condition when the visitors arrive. br16.
