4 Cabins | 4 Hot Tubs + Firepit | Views | Elijah's, Isaiah's, Jack's & Sónyah's

Townsend, Tennessee, United States

Welcome to Elijah's Cabin, Isaiah's Cabin, Jack's Cabin & Sónyah's Cabin by AvantStay! These four cabins sit close to each other in the wooded hills above Townsend, with a combined total of 8 bedrooms, sleeping up to 24 guests — an ideal option for multi-generational trips, milestone celebrations, or groups who want everyone together without being on top of each other.brbrTucked into the ridgelines on the quiet side of the Smokies, this buyout trades the crowds of Gatlinburg for something slower and greener. Downtown Townsend is about 7 minutes away, and two Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrances sit just 9 minutes from your door — close enough for spontaneous hikes, far enough to feel like you've truly gotten away. Each cabin comes with its own hot tub and covered deck, and a shared firepit area gives the group a natural gathering spot for s'mores, late-night conversation, and stargazing once the evening rolls in. Warm wood interiors, soaring ceilings, and wall-to-wall windows are the common thread across all four — every cabin frames the Tennessee mountains like a living postcard.brbrElijah's CabinbrElijah's leans fully into its mountain-cabin soul across 1,100 square feet of warm wood walls, vaulted ceilings, and expansive windows that pull the ridgeline right into the living room. The open-concept main level centers on a plush sectional, a classic stone fireplace, and a dining table set for six, with a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer just off to the side. The main-level king bedroom offers a quiet escape with its own ensuite bath, while upstairs, a cozy queen bedroom with a second ensuite gives couples or families their own private corner. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room rounds things out to sleep six. Rocking chairs line the covered porch, and a covered hot tub bubbles away just steps from the door for year-round soaks.brbrIsaiah's CabinbrIsaiah's brings the same warm wood interiors and soaring ceilings, with a wall of windows framing long mountain views. A gas fireplace anchors the open-concept main level, paired with a comfortable sectional and flat-screen TV for low-key movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen flows into a dining nook where a table for four pulls up to big picture windows — breakfast with a side of ridgeline. Two bedrooms each have their own ensuite bath: a king on the main level with direct access to the great room, and a queen upstairs that feels like a private hideaway under the pitched wood ceiling. A queen sleeper sofa accommodates two more, and in-unit laundry keeps trail dirt in check. The covered deck holds rocking chairs and a hot tub tucked under the roofline — perfect for soaking through mountain rain, crisp fall evenings, or a full moon over the treetops.brbrJack's CabinbrJack's sits on its own slice of wooded hillside, with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and oversized windows pulling in natural light and treetop views. The open-concept main level centers on a stone fireplace and a full kitchen with a dining table that seats six — a comfortable, lived-in space that feels genuinely welcoming. Two bedrooms each come with their own ensuite bath: a king suite on the main level and a queen upstairs, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. Outside, the hot tub sits under a canopy of trees, and a private fire pit gives the cabin its own gathering spot as the air cools and the stars come out.brbrSónyah's CabinbrSónyah's wraps two queen bedrooms (each with its own ensuite bath) across separate levels for added privacy, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for up to six guests total. The open-concept main level is anchored by a stone fireplace and a dining table for six, with extensive windows pulling the mountains inside. When the sun starts to dip, the covered deck becomes the best seat in the house — rocking chairs line up along the railing for morning coffee with a valley view, and the hot tub sits just off to the side for soaking under a sky full of stars. A full kitchen, washer/dryer, and everyday essentials make longer stays feel effortless.brbrAvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. brbrTownsend, Tennessee — known as The Peaceful Side of the Smokies — is a quieter, nature-forward alternative to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Tucked into Tuckaleechee Cove at the western gateway to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, it draws travelers seeking authentic Appalachian charm without the crowds. Guests enjoy direct access to Cades Cove, the Little River's swimming holes and tubing runs, scenic drives along the Foothills Parkway, and the underground wonder of Tuckaleechee Caverns, plus a small but thriving scene of local eateries and artisan shops. With its laid-back pace and sweeping mountain views, Townsend appeals to families, couples, and outdoor enthusiasts year-round — peaking in summer and fall foliage season.brbrLocal Attractions: Located just 7 minutes from the center of Townsend and only 9 minutes from two entrances to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Explore nearby highlights including Cades Cove Loop, Little River, Townsend Wye, Tuckaleechee Caverns, Foothills Parkway, Abrams Falls Trail, Laurel Falls Trail, and the Cades Cove Visitor Center. For family fun and day trips, visit Dollywood, The Island in Pigeon Forge, Downtown Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, Ober Mountain, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, and the Great Smoky Mountains Heritage Center.brbrHome Truths:br- This home allows up to 8 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.br- Please note that the gas fireplace is available for guest use during cold weather from Labor Day through Memorial Day.br- Please note that this home does not have a dishwasher.br- Bears are active near the cabin year-round. None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.br*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem. br*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies, and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin, and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away, and unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors. br*There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc. brbrTHE LOCATION:brbrOUTDOORS: Great Smoky Mountains (surrounding), Swinging Bridge (2.7 miles), Wild Laurel Golf Course (4.0 miles), Next to Heaven Ranch/Ziplining (7.0 miles), Spruce Flat Falls (9.0 miles), Meigs Falls (10.4 miles), The Sinks Falls (11.5 miles), Cades Cove Riding Stables (13.4 miles)brbrEAT & DRINK: Smokin Joes (2.4 miles), Trailhead Steak & Trout (2.7 miles), Apple Valley Mountain Village & Cafe (2.8 miles), Brianna's Italian Restaurant And Cuisine (3.2 miles), Misty Morning Cafe (3.5 miles), Cades Cove Cellars (3.5 miles) Burger Master Drive In (4.3 miles), The Riverstone Restaurant (4.4 miles), Elvira's Cafe (8.1 miles)brbrNEARBY CITIES: Downtown Townsend (2.0 miles), Cades Cove (18.7 miles), Pigeon Forge (20.1 miles), Sevierville (23.1 miles), Gatlinburg (25.0 miles), Knoxville (32.1 miles)brbrAIRPORT: McGhee Tyson Airport (25.2 miles)brbrFEES: The management company of this cabin charges a $20 per stay Damage Waiver Fee to every customer.
