It also has a 1/2 bathroom for anyone needing the restroom on the main level.br- The formal dining room has a lovely dining table that comfortably seats 8 people.br- The breakfast area has a dining table that seats 6 and also has 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. This room has direct access to the back porch where you with find the gas grill and the 3 person hot tub nestled under some ambient cafe lights.br- The kitchen has everything you’d expect or need for prepping a family meal and a good size pantry to store any groceries. Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Dishwasher, Keurig and Drip Coffee machines and more…br- The living room enjoys a lovely gas fireplace and 2 large comfy couches to relax and unwind. 2 of the roll-away beds can be wheeled into this room for additional sleeping space if necessary.br- The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, plenty of clothes hanging space, mops, vacuum, iron, steamer etc.brbrUpstairsbrbr- Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, 2 x Twin Rollaway Beds, a large walk-in closet, big flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
