This townhome is minutes away from many downtown attractions and is in Southside Chattanooga. This 4 Bed 3 Full bath townhome comfortably sleeps 11 people! This is the perfect place and location for a guys/girls weekend, a couples trip, but is also very family friendly! Located right next to the new Oddstory Brewing which has great craft beer, amazing food and is family friendly. The 4th story balcony overlooks the city and has views of Lookout Mountain which is something you wont want to miss! This home has a high-speed internet throughout and you are welcome to log into your own apps to watch movies and TV shows on the large 75 inch smart TV in the living room. There is a Keurig coffee machine, and we provide a medium roast coffee for our guests! If you are traveling with a baby, there is a travel crib in the King bedroom closet. Home Layout: When arriving to the house, there is street parking available in the front or there is a one car garage in the back of the townhome. Walking through the front door there is a bedroom on the right with a queen bed and a full bathroom that has a standing shower. The garage door and stackable laundry unit is also on the first floor. Head upstairs to the main level (second floor) and you'll find a large open concept fully stocked kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is stocked full of pots, pans, all plate-ware, drinkware and all essentials you will need to cook a meal. On the other side is a living room with a large sectional and a 75-inch Smart TV!! You will feel like you are the movie theater while relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Chattanooga. Moving on up to the 3rd floor is the master bedroom with a King-sized bed and a couch that turns into a sofa bed with a large full bathroom attached. On the other side of the hall there is another full bathroom and a bedroom with a Queen bed. Lastly, the 4th floor has a bedroom, an office space, a rack stocked full of board games, and a large balcony overlooking Chattanooga. The bedroom has a Full-sized trundle bed with a twin underneath. Things you will need to know about this property. There is free parking on the street and a one car garage located in the back that you will have access to park in. This home is connected to other townhomes in the complex and your group will need to observe quiet hours after 11 pm – 8am. This property is 4 stories high and there is no elevator. Please keep this in mind if you have relatives or friends who are not able to climb stairs. You are welcome to help yourself to the laundry machine and our laundry detergent. There is no grill on this property. There is no cable TV. It's located only a few minutes’ drive (and fifteen minute walk) from the river and the famous Walnut Street bridge, the spacious home boasts epic sunset views of Stringer’s Ridge. With several workspaces, including an extra monitor and standing desk, and several HD TVs, this home is ideal if you are traveling for business or needing a place to stay in Chattanooga for a month or longer. Each bedroom is equipped with new, comfortable, queen-sized premium memory foam mattresses and the home has high speed wireless internet (1Gb/sec) throughout. The 55” 4K LG smart TV in the living room is hooked up to Bose surround sound which creates an immersive experience while watching TV or listening to music. You are welcome to log into the apps that are on the smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows, movies, and music streaming services. The granite countertop kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary appliances: refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave as well as pots, pans, plate-ware, drink-ware, silverware, bakeware and more and features a Keurig coffee machine and a separate coffee percolator in the pantry. We happily provide a medium roast coffee for our guests. The dining table features seating for up to eight people (with the additional table leaf stored under the bed). Home Layout: There is a smart keypad on the side-door and you will enter the home right into the kitchen. Across from the kitchen is the primary bedroom with a queen sized bed and a large spacious bathroom with a gorgeous tiled shower and double vanity sink. In the hallway you'll find a large pantry and a stackable washer and dryer that you are more than welcome to use during your stay. The open concept living room and dining area is surrounded with beautiful windows, vaulted ceilings, and double doors that welcome you to the 600+ square foot back deck. The back deck has plenty of seating and is a wonderful space to hang out and grill (propane included) while watching the sunset over Chattanooga. An additional covered porch in the front of the house features a breakfast table for four and tranquil morning light. Head upstairs and you'll find two more bedrooms with queen beds and the second full bathroom. Both bedrooms have desks and workspaces for you to utilize. The first bedroom has a smart TV and in the closet there are several different board games to play! A door in the kitchen leads downstairs to the garage space where you can park and another smart keypad access door. Ridgedale Roost is a new house built in 2019. Gray Gables is to the right and Kathy's Kottage is located to the left. It is close to downtown and easy to get anywhere with the interstate only miles away. The battle of Missionary Ridge was fought on these grounds...no ghosts! I have found bullets, shot, and cannon balls on the property. The large front porch is great for lounging. The back patio is where you can grill some burgers and listen to the birds singing. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. It has quartz counter tops and is nicely decorated. I have made sure to have all the kitchen amenities in case you want to cook. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with your friends and family. I live across the street and the garden is located behind the eyeball wall. Feel free to wander the old 3 tiered garden and enjoy the downtown views while you sit on the bench and watch the goldfish swim in the Mermaid fountain pond. Listen to the sweet sound of the birds and watch the sunset behind Lookout Mountain as you let the stress leave you and remember days gone by. Dogs are welcome with a FENCED in back yard. My insurance will not allow Pit bulls, Chows, or Dobermans, or of these in mixed breeds. There is a 2 dog limit, females most be sprayed. There is a firepit. I am not able to offer a military discount.brPlease do not ask for a late check out. I respect that my cleaners have lives other than just cleaning my rentals. Feel free to stay another day.
