Growing up in the 90s, this airbnb was a fun vibe to create. From tamagotchis to a Darth Vader toaster, you will be taken back to the 90s when you step into this retro retreat. Guests will enjoy an open living area with a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and two funky bedrooms. There is one bathroom, with a washer and dryer. Centrally located, a 3-minute drive to MTSU and minutes to dining, shops, and local attractions. Book your stay today!brbrAs you step into the house, you walk into the living room and the kitchen. As you walk down the hallway, there is the single bathroom with the washer and dryer. . At the end of the hallway are both bedrooms across from each other. They both have comfortable queen beds and smart t.vs.brbr*Please know that the bathroom space is tight, as we had to decide between a tight bathroom and no washer and dryer. So we opted for the tight bathroom space with a washer and dryer. But we have added full length mirror to each bedroom to help with getting ready.brbrGuests have access to the whole house. It is a duplex, so a wall is shared between the two units.brbrI am available by phone and prefer to message through the app. We are local and can come if anything is needed.brQUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. brbrOCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property. brbrLONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on. brbrSMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.

This is our primary residence and now that we're retired, we're doing lots of traveling. As we've had great experiences staying in other VRBO's, we decided to join the fray and open our home as well to fellow travelers. Tim and Paige, our super host friends, will be here to take care of you and help make your stay a great one. (Fun Fact: Tim and his company completely renovated this house in 2020!)brbrLocated a short walk from downtown Murfreesboro, this home is very spacious and light with about 3,000 sqft of living space. The heart of the house is the large open kitchen/living/dining area, with a granite island, formal dining table (expands to sit 10), comfy sectional leather sofa and a 70 OLED TV.brbrOn the main floor, in addition to the kitchen/living/dining areas, there are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms. A 3rd bedroom/office has a full size pull down wall bed and a work area with monitor, keyboard, mouse and printer. (WE MUST BE NOTIFIED UPON BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE THE MURPHY BED) There is also a very comfortable and quiet screened porch, laundry room and a hall bathroom.brbrThe upstairs is dedicated to entertainment. You will find a very large home theater area with a Sony XBR 85 4K TV and Yamaha 5.2 surround sound system. There is also a full size electronic Yamaha piano (P-115), electric and acoustic guitars, a few board games, jigsaw puzzles, a dart board and some exercise equipment (2 yoga mats, resistance bands, 10 & 12 lb dumbbells). Finally, there are 3 other beds (two full size and one twin size bunk) to accommodate larger parties. Note that the twin bunk bed can only be used by someone under 150 lbs.brbrIn the backyard, there is a wood burning fire pit (guests to provide their own wood) and a small gas BBQ grill on the back porch.
