Perfect place for a small family or a couple. Perfect view to wake up to every morning. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the hot tub and small, cozy feel of the cabin. Was a little bummed out that the stairs down to the river were not assessable due to a fallen tree, but this is obviously something that can't be prevented. Overall a fun, cozy and clean stay!

the hot tub it was nothing that I did'nt like. Liked the cabin over looking the river, and the owner was very nice and informative

Wonderful stay, perfect location! This little cabin was a great base for our visit to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The town of Townsend really is the peaceful side of the park and we had no problem seeing/doing everything on our list. The cabin was clean, the hot tub very clean, and it had everything we needed. FYI- they are serious when they say dont follow Google maps as it will take you to the wrong place.

Great place to stay for a couple. The bed was to soft with foam overlay. Removed it and it really improved. The location and view was perfect.

The cabin was even better in person than what you see in the pictures. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the view from the deck and time in the hot tub. The communication from the host covered everything we needed to know before and during our stay. We’ll definitely plan another stay at this lovely place!

The cabin was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our short stay. We did have problems unlocking the keybox. We would stay again at this location in the Smoky Mountains. It was beautiful.

Close to everything in Townsend. Peaceful and quiet (although there is some road noise). Beautiful deck. DOES have river access despite other reviews. Easy to hang back, or go explore.

The place was great! Nice and secluded but still close to town. Can see the river from the deck.

It’s our second time visiting the cabin. Noticed a few upgrades since last time we visited. Was very happy they got a new adjustable shower head since the the shower is small. The trees on the back porch have grown quite a bit so you can’t see the mountains as well but it’s still beautiful with the sound of the River below. We will definitely be back!

This house was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of pigeon forge. We were easily into town within 20 minutes. The house was clean, well stocked, and relaxing. We had a great time.

Enjoyed our stay here in this nice cabin that had all we needed and beautiful views, and could hear the river from the deck and short walk down to it. Close to everything in Townsend and the entrance to the Smoky mountains park. Wonderful spot!

The stay was amazing and the place was very clean, however it did not have access to the river like the pictures made us think. We would definitely still stay here again though!

We have never been to the mountains and I’ll just say the bar was set really high! Townsend is the most peaceful sweet, mountain town. Our cabin was private and beautiful. Up in the trees overlooking the river. Easy to access. Creeks and mountains were beautiful this time of year. Not crowded at all. 5-15 minute drive to nature trails & Cade’s Cove. Local IGA had everything we needed & the cabin was well stocked to cook, grill and clean. We loved the balcony and hot tub. We will definitely be back, if not in the fall, again in the spring.

We came for relaxation and for the Bigfoot Festival. The place is nice, with a hot tub and with a great view. We actually walked to the festival from the place, so the location is wonderful.All in all, we would definitely rent again.

Riverview cabin was beautiful, cozy, and relaxing! The bed was comfy. The couch and chairs as well. But the deck was where we spent most of our time. The view was stunning! The hot tub was so nice to be able to just step in and completely relax while watching the stars and moon. The path down to the river was steep but totally doable for us and so fun. Beautiful seeing!

This place was just like the pictures. It was perfect for me and my boyfriend. It had everything that we needed for the weekend. Will be going back.

My wife and I chose Riverview Cabin for our 10th anniversary getaway to the Smokies for its combination of location in town and view. We were not disappointed! The property was easy to locate, with great directions from the manager and signage on the driveway. We also appreciated the quietness of the setting and the hot tub on the large covered deck.

We loved our stay at the Riverview cabin! Waking up to the mountain views was exactly what my heart needed thos Christmas. We enjoyed the Fireplace and the hot tub! Truly a magical place!

Great for a romantic getaway for two. The balcony overlooking the river was perfect. We will miss sipping our morning coffee and watching the birds as the clouds roll over the mountains. This is a cozy space, with enough room to exist comfortably. The fireplace and hot tub were a blessing after spending hours on the trails in misty rain. The proximity to all of the activities nearby can't be beat. Check-in and out were so easy and we're set up for privacy.

Nice cabin however we did have ants in the kitchen and the hot tub was cold.

This property has a great location near the Smoky Mountain entrance and Townsend stores (like grocery and pizza). I loved being able to go down to the river and the deck is amazing with its view and the hottub. It's like being in a treehouse. Highly recommend.

Just what the doctor ordered. 5 star cabin in the woods.

We had a great long weekend. The only negative was that we could not get down to the river from the house nor was the view good of the river. Other than that, it was great for the two of us.
