The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped for cooking for your family & guests. The dining table seats 6 and the bar can seat 3 for eating meals together. Our living room has a sofa (sleeper) & two loveseats for gathering around a warm fire or watching movies together. All TV's in the house are connected to a YouTubeTV subscription or you can stream movies with your own Netflix, Hulu or other subscription.brbrOn the main floor you will also find 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds & one with a king bed. There is also a shared bathroom on this floor with a tub/shower. brbrOn the upper floor you will find the master suite with an ensuite bathroom. They will swarm to the cabin, and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away, and unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors. br*There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc. brbrFEES: The management company of this cabin charges a $20 per stay Damage Waiver Fee to every customer. Enter the front door of the cabin and walk into our open concept living room, dining room and kitchen areas. A short walk down the hall and you will find our master bedroom with a super comfy King size bed and a sliding door that opens to the deck and our brand-new hot tub! Next door to the master bedroom is the main level bathroom with a jetted tub and shower option available. brbrWant to bring along friends No problem! We have a second bedroom downstairs with its own private entrance. The downstairs bedroom cannot be accessed within the main level of the cabin, you must go outside and down the back stairs or walk around the side of the cabin to enter. (This would NOT be a good choice for small children). The downstairs bedroom offers a King size bed and a full-size futon. Included is a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies, and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin, and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away, and unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors. br*There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc. brbrFEES: The management company of this cabin charges a $20 per stay Damage Waiver Fee to every customer. It is automatically included in your rate. This covers our guests for up to $350 worth of accidental damage should damage occur during their stay. If damage occurs to the cabin, furnishings, etc, please report it to management as soon as possible so that the damage can be repaired.
