McDaniels Misty Blue ~ A Cozy & Quaint Cabin w/Exceptional Smoky Mountain Views

The Misty Blue did not disappoint. It was such a beautiful, cozy, and relaxing cabin. The hot tub was perfect! The check in was process couldn’t have been any easier and Jo was super responsive! We will definitely be back.

The cabin was super clean and it was great having the kitchen labeled made it easy. We loved the hot tub and the view. The only thing i would say the cabin needed is a bigger TV, us old people have trouble seeing it lol. Overall it was outstanding.

Cabin was very quiet and view was amazing, spend one evening using hot tub which was fantastic.

All good. Excellent. First time we’ve stayed here and didn’t see any bears. . We’ve been here about 5 times. Oh well next time

We had such a wonderful stay at Misty Blue! The check-in process was seamless; the host sent instructions well in advance. She was very thoughtful and even had a treat waiting for us when we arrived! The neighborhood is excellent, the house has everything you could need, plus WOW the view is spectacular! Highly recommend!

Wonderful! Everything was outstanding.

This was our 2nd stay at Misty Blue and already planning for next year. The grass was a little high but not a problem at all for us. I understand with the daily showers we had. No complaints there either. The view is beyond explanation and the hot tub was nice. Misty Blue holds all the accommodations we need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The cabin was comfortable. The location was quiet and peaceful. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was just perfect, very clean, instructions were very clear and the owner responded quickly if we needed anything. The kids had blast, the weather wasn't great, but we still got outside and enjoyed the view, with some hikes too!

The view is Absolutely breathtaking. The entire stay was amazing we enjoyed the relaxation, the area and activities. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming.

We loved our return trip to this cabin, so nice. Views of Laurel Valley are hard to beat. Grounds are nice - good-sized level parking off-street. Newer well-built 3 level deck with hot tub just add to the fantastic views. Plenty of seating inside and the internet/TV's worked great. Kitchen stocked with utensils. Plenty of Bed pillows. Hope to return again!

Loved this little cabin. The views are spectacular. The bed very comfortable. Nice furnishings and well-stocked kitchen.

The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and the cabin had amazing views. The drive up to the cabin was fairly easy especially if you do it the 1st time during the day. We saw turkeys but unfortunately didnt see any bears.

Misty Blue is a wonderful weekend getaway. The cabin was clean, exactly as described, and had great amenities. The view was beautiful and the location was very convenient to Townsend. The check in and check out process was very easy. We would stay again!

The cabin was clean, had everything we’d need to make our stay feel like home. I actually wish we had spent more time enjoying the property, but the surrounding area was great too. We will definitely be back to Misty Blue or one of Jo’s other properties as soon as we can. I only wish it was a little shorter drive.

One of the cleanest Cabins we’ve stayed in. Comfortable Bed. Gorgeous large windows where you can sit & see the mountains. Host was easy to communicate with.

Place was easy to get to, beautiful view and wonderful cabin. Only downfall was the 2nd bedroom was only accessible from the outside, which wasn’t a huge deal but different.

The place is really clean, the host is super fast at responding, close to a lot of things. 10/10 would recommend.
