Enjoy rustic luxury and incredible winter views of the river. brPet Policy: br brWe are pleased to allow dogs at certain Timberoot properties under specific terms and conditions. As a guest of Welcome Valley Village, you agree to adhere to the following policies.br brWe allow up to 2 dogs per reservation. A one-time pet fee of $35 applies for a single dog, or $50 for two dogs. No dogs over 50 lbs are permitted.br brIf you wish to have your dog accompany you during your stay at Welcome Valley Village, your dog must be approved and added to your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date. Contact Guest Services to have your pet added to your reservation. br brDogs are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. To prevent damage all dogs must be crated overnight and crated when left unattended for any amount of time.br brYour dog(s) must be leashed at all times when outside on the property. All waste must be picked up and disposed of in proper receptacles. No aggressive dogs are allowed on the property.br brThe owner is responsible for all damages or injuries caused by their dog(s) during their stay.br brCats and exotic pets are not permitted at Welcome Valley Village. br brIf there is evidence of non-compliance with the policies stated above, penalty fees will apply. Common examples of non-compliance and corresponding penalty fees are listed below. The list is by no means exhaustive or exact. Management reserves the right to assess each situation differently and use discretion when applying damage or penalty fees.br br$70 Failure to add your pet to your reservationbr$70 Evidence of pet on bedding or furniture (excessive pet hair)br$100 Evidence of pet within a lodging that is not pet friendlybr$70-$500+ Damages to lodging, furnishings, or equipment that result in extra cleaning or replacement. Should a situation arise where damages occur, please contact Guest Services immediately. brbrNo Smoking:br brSmoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes is prohibited inside Timberroot properties. br brNot only does smoking leave behind unwelcome odor and residue, but it can be extremely dangerous in a 100% wooden home. You may smoke/vape outside, or on uncovered decks. However, please ensure that windows and doors are closed so that the smoke/vapor does not enter the building. Please be respectful of other guests and refrain from smoking or vaping in and around community spaces. br brCigarette butts should be fully extinguished and disposed of properly in exterior trash receptacles. Any evidence of smoking/vaping or smoke/vapor damage or odor inside the property or cigarette damage/debris on the exterior of the property during your stay will result in a $150 fine, due to non-compliance with our stated policies.brbrOutside Wood :brbrOnly wood purchased from Timberroot may be burned in indoor fireplaces. brbrYou may purchase firewood by contacting Guest Services. Please note that there are no vendors on-site at Welcome Valley Village; firewood must be added to your reservation at least 48 hours before your check-in date. brbrGuests may supply their own wood for the outdoor firepits. However, only firewood that is certified, heat-treated, and properly labeled may be brought into Welcome Valley Village. brbrThe state of Tennessee prohibits the use and transport of all out-of-state firewood unless it is certified, heat-treated, and properly labeled.brbrPests:brbrWe take great care to ensure our properties are free from pests. Our properties are regularly treated by professional pest control and our staff takes preventative measures to keep pests out. brbrHowever, as our properties are located in wooded areas, it is possible for guests to encounter insects and/or small woodland creatures like mice. If you do encounter an unwelcome pest inside your lodging, please contact our Guest Services team immediately so that our grounds team can address the problem as quickly as possible. We ask that guests help us prevent pests by keeping doors and window screens closed and maintaining proper cleanliness during their stay. brbrBy booking with us, you accept that encountering insects and woodland creatures is a possibility and that no refunds will be issued for such instances.brWelcome Valley Village is pleased to offer contactless check-in and check-out. The 3850 square foot, four-bedroom log cabin contains all the comforts you can imagine. brbrThe large kitchen is fully stocked for some real cooking and opens to a beautiful living space. There is a small bunk bedroom off the kitchen on the main living level. Upstairs, the spacious main suite has a king bed and a large private bathroom. There is a second full bath and two large bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen and the other with a full bunk bed (full over full), the perfect space for all the kids.br brBecause this home hosts larger groups, we provide three smart TVs, high-speed wifi, and ample space outside to spread out. The basement features a second living room, another bathroom, and a game room complete with foosball, ping-pong, and air hockey tables.
