This home is within 10 minutes of I-81, which is convenient to Bristol, Johnson City and Kingsport. It is surrounded by sidewalks and a nice neighborhood to walk. It has a fenced in backyard with patio furniture as well as a fire pit. It has just about anything you need to walk in and stay awhile. It is conveniently located to many things - grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. You would be located within 15-20 minutes of two state parks.
