Access to the indoor pool room is via keypad lock. There is a sound alarm any time a pool room door opens. We provide child life vests and a pool safety hook and ring. All children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times by an adult. The pool is heated to 84 degrees. The indoor pool room temperature is set at 81 degrees. We cannot heat the pool beyond 84 degrees or change the temperature in the room because this will cause long term condensation damage to the home.brbr14. How do we access the outdoor community pool brThe outdoor community pool is open from mid/late May (always before Memorial Day) to the last weekend in September. It is located at the entrance to the resort. Pool hours are from 10 am to 10 pm. There is no special key or card for the pool gate. There is a magnetic lock on the pool gate that you release by pushing down the cylinder. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times. On occasion, the pool needs to be shut down for maintenance or severe weather.
