The yard very spacious and you will have plenty of space to play volleyball, football or other outdoor sports with your friends and family.brbrThe Lodge is a one story, two bedroom triplex cabin that sleeps six. One king bed, one queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the great room. Located one mile off Teaster Lane. The location is flat so no steep roads although Ridge road is a little curvy. Our cabin is very close to the excitement of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but set in the woods that brings peacefulness and security, we are less than 3 miles from Dollywood and Splash Country. We are one mile from the New LeConte Center, The Mountain Wheel and the NEW ISLAND shopping area new stores opening up everyday. We are 2 miles from the heart of Pigeon Forge, 4 miles to Tanger Outlets with easy access from the parkway or the backroads on Ridge Rd. There are just two steps to get into the cabin for easy access.brbrOur cabin is family friendly equipped with gas grill and 3 parking spaces with additional parking if needed. The main level has vaulted ceilings, large panoramic windows and electric fireplace to welcome you. There is a fully equipped kitchen just off the living area. Our living room has 2 large comfortable sofas, a 65” flat screen HDTV with Roku (movie and children channels) Free WI-FI. Sit back here and relax or step out on the deck and enjoy the outside in one of the rockers for an early morning cup of coffee or late evening drink it’s so peaceful! brAlso there is a bedroom with king bed, nightstand, closet and a large flat screen HDTV. Our Cottage at Riverpointe is located in a quiet, and cozy neighborhood just a mile from the Parkway. You enter to a spacious and open Living/Dining Space and Kitchen. Living room is equipped with a TV and Roku player, gas fireplace to be used during winter months, and plenty of seating for the family. brbrOur kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for basic cooking on your stay, including a Microwave and toaster. A Keurig has been provided and a start-up supply of K-Cups, sugar, and creamer will be waiting for you. The double door fridge provides plenty of space for drinks and food, as well as holding all those delicious left-overs you'll be bringing with you after a meal in one of Pigeon's Forge's fabulous restaurants. 2 Kitchen trash bags are provided, but you are welcome to bring extras if you think you will need them. brbrThe Master Bedroom and Bathroom is off the kitchen. Master Bedroom has a King Bed, and an oversized walk-in closet with plenty of shelves to hang your clothing. Linens are provided, and no need to strip beds when you leave! Also choose activities from white water rafting to a Zipline adventure. Step out nearby to a large selection of restaurants, outlet shopping malls including “5 Oaks”; a huge mall with 100’s of stores only minutes from the cabin. We are also just a half mile from the Wear Farm City Park. At the park is baseball/softball fields, playground and walkway. Many softball tournaments are schedule for the park. You can walk from the cabin to the park if you desire. We are also minutes from the Island in Pigeon Forges. We also switched cleaning companies and now work with one person who only cleans a few highly rated cabins in Pigeon Forge.brbrIn January of 2020, we continued to make major improvement to the cabin. This included: New deck and deck furniture off the master bedroom; new patio furniture and grill on the lower level patio; new stainless steel kitchen appliances and new roof.brbrInside the cabin, you’ll find three levels that are more like home than anyplace you’ve ever stayed: the main level, the second floor and the lower level walkout apartment or Studio Suite. On each level, we’ve added decorating touches throughout that you rarely find in any other vacation property. As an example, we’ve included classic fine art prints and local artist renditions of this beautiful location. We’ve also added lots of pillows, stuffed bears, and cozy throws. This cabin also features hardwood floors and leather furniture.
