There are bike-friendly paths and trails available.brIt's worth noting that during peak tourist seasons, traffic can be congested in the area. Plan accordingly and allow extra time for travel.brbrAdditionally, we are located near the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which offers a vast network of scenic drives and hiking trails. DO NOT leave food in cars, and be sure to keep windows and car doors locked.br Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies, and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! The only congestion you will find here is on the Parkway and we have many suggestions as an alternative. You come to get away and enjoy the mountains so why not with a little peace and solitude.
