Our Cozy cottage is less than 2 miles from downtown Murfreesboro and 10 minutes from MTSU. 2 bedroom 1 bath, sleeps 4. We are a pet friendly property, with a fully fenced in backyard.brbrStep into this charming duplex unit and find yourself in a cozy living room that opens to a well-appointed kitchen. Off the living room, a hallway leads to the bathroom, while two comfortable guest rooms, each with a queen bed, await across from each other. Perfect for a relaxing stay or entertaining guests, this duplex offers comfort and convenience in every corner.brbrWe are a pet-friendly home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance and select the number of pets you are bringing. We allow up to two dogs. If you have any other type of pet or more than two dogs, please reach out before booking. These are approved on a case-by-case basis. Our standard pet fee is $75, which covers 2 dogs for up to 4 nights. Anything beyond that, you will be charged a separate fee after booking of $15 per night per pet. brbrAfter booking, we will also send you a pet agreement that will need to be signed before your arrival. It basically asks guests to follow these guidelines:brbr- Pick up after dog droppingsbr- Do not allow the dog to bark excessivelybr- Do not allow dogs on furniture or bedsbr- Don’t leave animals unsupervised, unless they are in a crate.br- Put pet sheets on furniturebr- Pets must be housebrokenbr- Crate the dog if left unattended indoors for a long period of time.br- Groom the dog before the trip and vacuum after your pet if it sheds excessivelybr- The dog must be up-to-date on immunizationsbrbr*If these guidelines are not followed, guests will be charged the extra fee for cleaning.brbrA $200 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.brQUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.brbrOCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 4. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property. brbrExtra Charges: brA $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.brbrLONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on. brbrPet: If you bring a pet and there is excessive pet hair on the furniture and in the bedrooms an additional cleaning cost may be incurred. brbrSMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
