Modern 3 Bedroom Home in Quiet Friendly Neighborhood. Prime Location!

This was the perfect place for our trip to Tennessee for baseball. Quiet neighborhood, clean and well kept property, and Murfreesboro was a breeze to navigate! JP was an outstanding host! We will definitely keep this property saved for our next trip!

Overall impression was 5 Star! It was like home. Checking in was a breeze. Internet sign on easy. Loved that everything was identified by label which made finding things easy peasy!! Instructions were easy to follow, self explanatory! Great home, will rent again.

Very comfy beds. Entire house was clean and very comfortable. The shower head didn’t work quite right but we had plenty of hot water. Overall enjoyed our stay and were comfortable. Thanks for making vacation easier!

Nice clean house in a quiet neighborhood close to the freeways and shopping. The owner was easy to contact and responsive. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in middle Tennessee visiting family and friends!

We had been looking at possible rentals for a few weeks, and agreed on this one the day before our trip. Although I didn’t know what to expect, The property matched the ad perfectly. It’s a cutely decorated house with large bedrooms in the middle of a calm neighborhood. The house was fully stocked ( even a blender and air fryer). The city itself has everything you could need and more. There’s a Dollar General about 2 minutes away and a Walmart about 6. Convience is important when on vacation. The owner was very responsive from the booking issue that I had,(my credit union thought it was fraud)right up until checkout. The house itself was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The place was excellent, my family loved it. The home had a very welcoming feel. Playstation in one room, bluetooth speaker in the kitchen, bathroom setup, fire pit in back yard, comfy beds... All excellent. Place located in a quiet neighborhood near highway to Nashville and Chattanooga. Supermarkets and shopping centers near by. Host was very attentive with great communication.All amenities were on point. Will definitely aquire for this place again the next time I'm in this side of town. A+ STAY

While arriving at the property, it appeared to be clean and nicely decorated. We stayed 4 nights. The beds were all comfortable. As the stay went on, problems definitely surfaced. There were no instructions on how to operate the living room television. The connection was so slow that we literally could not move from channel to channel...never actually able to get any local tv channel. The remotes were not in the right rooms. The water in the shower was TEPID at best. Very strange as you could get hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. None of us had even a warm shower. The heat/air was programmed to go up to 85 degrees each night. We set changed the setting each night when we went to bed and all of us woke up every night SWEATING from the hot temperature. We ran out of toilet paper. Homeowner's response was only allowed 2 rolls of toilet paper per stay (which was totally unreasonable for 4 adults for 4 days). He told us to go to the Dollar General to buy our own toilet paper. REALLY? I have never run into such an issue with another VRBO property. The dishwasher is extremely dangerous. It was not properly installed/fastened to the side walls. When dishwasher is opened & you attempt to put something in the lower portion, the top tray slides out at a downward angle and literally hits you in the head. Counters covered with sticky shelf paper, knobs fall off, pan cover knob fell off, cob webs, no list of local sites or restaurants. Disappointed!
