Stayed Jul 20, 2022The house itself was ok. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean other than the terrible smell. There was a horrible smell that was completely overwhelming throughout the entire home. You could smell it the minute you opened the door. We were able to get past this somehow but the location was the real issue. It is in a very rough area, lots of illegal activity, homeless, motorcycle club a few doors down partied late into the night. My family did not feel safe at all. When I reached out to the property management company regarding our concerns they said the property doesn't have mold and call the authorities if there is illegal activity very helpful!

Stayed Jul 15, 2022Grass was not cut, no sidewalk. In the bedroom I stayed...2 wall sockets didn't work. The seat on the toilet was loose. No clothes hangers...so we could not hang them in the closets. The overhead light fixture had a bulb that would flicker off and on. There were more problems...we have a video and pictures of before and after we left. The neighborhood was noisy.

Stayed Jun 23, 2022Property advertised was not what we came to. Called the Host listed from “Evolve” and was given a Cleaner, Matt from Merry Maids, who had no idea why his number was provided. I left this property after 15 min and never returned. Asked for a refund and was finally spoke to Anna from 4 D solutions, who was yet another layer of host support that my daughter and I needed to find Jesus. What a Sham.
