Our Cozy cottage is less than 2 miles from downtown Murfreesboro and 10 minutes from MTSU. 2 bedroom 1 bath, sleeps 4. We are a pet friendly property (but if you have more than 2 pets you will need to contact us first to get it approved). Our backyard is fully fenced. This property is a duplex. Both units are completely separate entities, feel free to reach out if you brbrWe are a pet-friendly home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance and select the number of pets you are bringing. We allow up to two dogs. If you have any other type of pet or more than two dogs, please reach out before booking. These are approved on a case-by-case basis. Our standard pet fee is $75, which covers 2 dogs for up to 4 nights. Anything beyond that, you will be charged a separate fee after booking of $15 per night per pet. brbrAfter booking, we will also send you a pet agreement that will need to be signed before your arrival. It basically asks guests to follow these guidelines:brbr- Pick up after dog droppingsbr- Do not allow the dog to bark excessivelybr- Do not allow dogs on furniture or bedsbr- Don’t leave animals unsupervised, unless they are in a crate.br- Put pet sheets on furniturebr- Pets must be housebrokenbr- Crate the dog if left unattended indoors for a long period of time.br- Groom the dog before the trip and vacuum after your pet if it sheds excessivelybr- The dog must be up-to-date on immunizationsbrbr*If these guidelines are not followed, guests will be charged the extra fee for cleaning.brbrA $200 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.brQUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.brbrOCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 4. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property. brbrLONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Room one is on the 1st floor. Typical spices, sugar, salt and pepper, and oil are provided along with essentials such as foil and coffee filters for the dual drip/K cup compatible coffee pot.
