We usually allow an hour to get into Dollywood. Drive an hour or two in the opposite direction, you can raft the Ocoee River or visit Chattanooga. Oak Ridge is about a half hour north. Keep going North and you can visit Windrock, Rugby, Frozen Head State Park and Big South Fork. brbrThe Space: Sized for family & friends, 1700+ sf, with a covered patio, hot tub, grill, and firepit. To the left of the front door, is a fully equipped kitchen with most everything you might need to cook a full meal, including a professional blender and kitchenaid mixer. Straight back from the front door is our living/dining area, with a wall of glass and views of the deck and backyard. It is not unusual to see deer grazing in the backyard. We invite you to step outside the double sliding glass doors to the partially covered outdoor living space where you can enjoy a new hot tub, smart TV, gas fire pit and grill, with a table for outdoor dining. Inside, there is an electric fireplace, strong wifi, and a large TV. We provide Xfinity streaming for local channels, in addition to Philo streaming service. This level does not have a door that seperates it from the upper floor, so parents don't need to worry about feeling disconnected from kids who want to hang out downstairs. Security cameras are located ONLY on the exterior of the home.brbrTRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.brbrRENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.brbrSECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $250 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.
