Stayed May 14, 2026We stayed here for my daughters graduation from UTK and it was perfect. The property is in a great location, clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to sorority village, Publix and Neyland. Quiet location with great amenities. Laundry facilities and a pool are added benefits. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Nov 27, 2025Our hosts were so welcoming. Communication matters. We were in for a weekend Thanksgiving visit including football game. Location is great. Contemporary style in the unit. Couldn’t ask for anything that wasn’t furnished. But again the hospitality was wonderful.
