I do accept same day bookings, just call.brbrIf checking calendar the day of stay as a last minute walkin always call since it shows unavailable.brbrThis barn loft apartment is an open floor plan with just over 800 square feet of room to enjoy. 'THERE IS NO KITCHEN'. Rate is for two people, each additional person is $25.00 per night. Two (2) Queen size beds are available as well as (1) inflatable raised queen bed and a sofa to sleep on. The BATHROOM has a shower and no bathtub. High speed WIFI is in the loft. There are NO PETS ALLOWED. For allergy sensitive guests this is a hard rule.brbrThere is a bean bag bed full size for children only. Large windows overlook the horse paddocks on both ends where you can watch the horses roam and relax in the sunshine. brbrAccommodations are comfortable and serene as the farm is located on a dead end street with little traffic. Restaurants are within a few minutes from the farm as well as shopping and entertainment. Stay put and relax or venture out into the County for sight seeing and adventure. brbrThere is a gate at the entrance of the farm which is automatic. No keypad, drive up and gate opens.br brVisit our small village Leipers Fork and enjoy shopping at our antique stores, browse our art galleries where local artists are displayed and then dine in our cafe and restaurants. Originally a railroad section house built in the early 1900's, it's had it's share of colorful history. It was once lived in by a woman named Beulah who sold moonshine durning prohibition. Small bottles and a funnel found under the house attest to the stories.brbrFor visitors seeking the ideal escape, the Sugar Shack provides an opportunity to stay in a piece of history while enjoying every modern luxury and convenience. The recipient of a 2017 Award of Merit from the Heritage Foundation of Franklin and Williamson County, this cottage was designed with cozy spaces, vaulted ceilings, luxe furnishings and spa like bath amenities for the ultimate retreat. The gourmet kitchen is every cook's dream with state of the art appliances, five burner gas stove, pot filler faucet and oversized farm sink and quartz countertops.brbrEvery detail has been meticulously considered, including the floors which are made of reclaimed elm from a threshing mill.
