Leipers Fork Barn Loft

A beautiful place to spend the night! Everything was perfect. We appreciated the tea, coffee, and snacks.

We LOVED everything about this place! It is so beautiful! You can tell Kirstin is a traveler and her place and the thoughtful amenities reflect that. The loft was so spacious and comfortable, everything we needed it to be. We also loved the sweet dogs- it was the highlight of my day getting to play with them every morning. We truly are already planning our next visit here.

Wonderful place. Make sure you pet the sweetest pups! We really enjoyed our stay. Super relaxed atmosphere.

The Full Circle Farm barn loft was the perfect getaway! Cozy, spotless, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. The peaceful farm setting and views made it extra special, and the host was warm and welcoming. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Quiet, relaxing property with a friendly host and adorable Golden Retrievers to greet you. Close to the shopping, dining and live music in the village of Leiper’s Fork and a beautiful daylight drive into Nashville. We highly recommend this lovely, roomy loft and the hospitality that accompanies it.

We traveled from Florida to drop off my grandson . It was the perfect place for him to transition, ground, and just reset from the 12 hr drive.time and enviroment change.The neighborhood is quiet, clean,and absolutely beautiful.Kirsten was very friendly and accomadating. The horses and dogs were so friendly ,definately part of the package. Will definately be returning.

Such a cute place. Clean and the beds and couch were super comfy. Host was friendly but did not bug us. She provided great info on local restaurants and activities. Delicious coffee and snacks in the little kitchen area. We wanted to be near, but not in, Nashville and this was the perfect distance for us.

We had the best time staying at this barn loft. It was better than I imagined. Livong the farm life for a week was amazing! We will definitely be back again! Thank you Kristin for a great stay!

Kirstin and her farm are amazing! The barn apartment is so comfortable and we felt very safe and totally relaxed! It is our new favorite place and we will be back. We almost tried to extend our stay because we didn’t want to go home! :)

Full Circle Farm was the perfect end to our New Orleans-Memphis-Nashville road trip, Kirstin along with Daisy and Dolly were most welcoming. Loft is just as described, much bigger than expected with everyone just as described. Stunning location and Leipers Fork a great base to explore the local area and enjoy trips to Nashville. We would love to return one day…

Celebrated 25 year anniversary in Nashville. This property did not disappoint. We were greeted by three super friendly beautiful horses who came over to say hi. Daisy and Dolly the farm dogs greeted us on our porch after napping. We thoroughly enjoyed this property. It has everything you need. Kirsten is an amazing host and it was a pleasure getting to know her. It’s peaceful and quiet and gorgeous and clean. I couldn’t stop taking pics! We hope to be back soon! What a cute little cabin / barn. This place was the most inviting and comfortable VRBO that I have rented in years. My wife and I spent our 21st anniversary here & Waking up, watching the sunrise over the horses while they were grazing was such a relaxing Start to a dayday.

My girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint barn loft. Every need was met. We were welcomed and everything was clean, comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay. Close enough to the restaurants but secluded enough to feel like you are deep in the beautiful country.

We had a relaxing, quiet weekend in beautiful surroundings. Property was exactly as described: clean, and uniquely decorated. Host was easily available but not intrusive.

Great place for relaxing

Property is just as described. We weren’t there much, but when we were we felt safe and at home! We did believe there was a washer and dryer and there wasn’t, but that’s our fault…. We should’ve read the details a little closer!

We were looking for a spot to stay over night, and really wanted to bypass hotels. I found this doing some searching in the vicinity. After reading some reviews I decided to book. The booking process was very easy, and the reviews held strong. We arrived after dark but didnt have any issues at all locating the place. It was better than what we had anticipated. We also had the pleasure to meet the host that evening and we had a very pleasant conversation with her and her pets. We will definitely stay again. Thanks so much!! The Staggs

Quiet place to unwind out in the country. Very peaceful and close to Franklin and Nashville. I would definitely recommend staying here.

In town 3 day's from Long Island for my son’s final processing for MNPD. We arrived late at night to be greeted by a gorgeous Retriever. She showed us to the door and came in with us for a few minutes. Property was Like a Norman Rockwell painting, an extremely well maintained Working farm. The loft was overly comfortable and inviting, well stocked and spotless. My son said over and over, “I can’t wait to get back to Leipers Fork.” After his long days of processing, We couldn't ask for more. What an amazing part of the world. Another treat we found was the famous Natchez Trace Highway, about 2 miles away,from Full Circle. We fell in love with Nashville and its suburbs however it started at the Full Circle Farm. Thank you!

The property was in a beautiful setting and convenient to all the stores in Leiper's Fork. We loved getting to meet the horses, and enjoy the sunset from the deck. The home was clean and comfortable! I'm sure we'll be back.

Don’t let “barn” fool you. This is a real barn below and a gorgeous retreat above, complete with comfortable beds and furniture, great open space, nice large coffee bar and mini fridge, eclectic folk art, cool light fixtures, and other artsy decor. Here you can sit on the upper porch and enjoy looking over the horse pastures while sipping coffee or wine, walk the property, and you might get lucky and be visited by one of the two friendly and energetic golden retrievers. Only 2 miles to Leiper’s Fork. We will definitely be back to see Kirsten and her companions!

I had a short two-day visit to the area and am happy I found this place. It was clean, spacious and serene. I would definitely stay here again!

Kirstin is a wonderful hostess. This was our second stay here, but our first with our 4 kids, ages ranging from 10-19. We loved the horses and the dogs. The Barn Loft has everything you need. Visiting in the fall was so beautiful!!! I look forward to coming back in the future if it's available!!!

Every time we walked outside the door it was like entering a peaceful country setting you've only seen in a post card. If you're looking to get away, truly get out of town and reset, this is a great spot to do so. And the host was as responsive as she could've possibly have been.

Delightful country living! Dolly and Daisy are the best welcoming crew! Two golden retrievers to make you feel right at home! The most comfortable beds during our travels. Huge spacious room with a big dining room table to spread out maps and eat in comfort. This is one place we will come back to!

This was our second time to stay at this property and again it was very nice. I love the seclusion and out of the city but close enough to do what I need to. Look forward to staying again.

We like to take different routes from our annual vacation from Austin, TX, to Destin, FL. We went through Tennessee this year, and we didn't get to spend as much time as we wanted visiting Nashville and the surrounding areas, We're already planning to come back next year, and extending our stay. When we do, we hope the loft is available. What a wonderful way to spend time away from the big cities!

Enjoyed the stay. Fox News was blocked on television, I figured a customer done it in the past. No reflection on owner. Some people are just naturally spiteful. I recommend the stay here. Nice and peaceful.

Cool Spot, relaxing and would recommend!

We just wanted to leave the big city of nashville during the 4th of July and escape and little did we know we'd find a little slice of heaven on a farm. The place was so clean and cooled down (it was close to 95⁰ outside!) we had an awesome celebration at a farm nearby with fireworks, but the best part was meeting the horses, pup, and baber pup!!! Everything in Leipers Fork captures my heart and this was legit a 4 minute drive to everything.
