Very nice country location, peaceful surroundings, but still close to Nashville and Franklin. The pool was a relaxing area to hangout, and the church was a nice quiet area for reflection.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hosts were so welcoming and accommodating (heating the pool & allowing the kids to swim at night. Great restaurants & lots to see and we visited an Alpaca farm in the area the kids & adults loved it. We highly recommend!

This is a lovely and relaxing property away from the hustle and crowds of Nashville, but close enough to get to downtown within 30 minutes. The hosts are wonderful and always available to answer questions. Everything is well-stocked and as advertised. The pool is a great bonus. Definitely would stay again when in the area.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property. The house had plenty of room, the grounds were lovely, and the pool was a hit with everyone in our group. Communication with host was also exceptional. 5-star rating!

We're middle-aged, wanted our own pool, and to be close enough to enjoy Nashville but not be bothered by crowds. Quiet peaceful property. Great communication with owner. She is spot on for recommendations for anything from grocery, to butchershop, to where to park in Nashville. Great place to stay!

Comfy!

We stayed for our son to play in the world series, this property is only 14 mins from the fields! The owner stayed in contact checking on us the whole time. There was also anything we could have forgotten. We would definitely stay here again!

Property is absolutely beautiful with flower gardens surrounding it. I loved the porch with the rocking chairs for morning coffee. It's quiet with wildlife around and yet close to Nashville and Franklin. The pool is absolutely refreshing. I would highly recommend this property!

An absolutely beautiful cottage and surrounding grounds, full of lush gardens and trees. Welcoming hosts, and lots of songbirds. Despite a mostly rainy cool weekend, it was a very relaxing and comfortable home to hang out in with the family. Thanks to Wes and Linda!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Yoder's charming guest house. The house is cozy and inviting with a very well equipped kitchen. We spent 4 days visiting family, touring the local area and enjoying the comforts of the Yoder property. The swimming pool and patio were again very well maintained and equipped with floats, rings,air mattresses etc. Grandchildren loved the chance to swim as well play on the beautiful grounds. The owners were gracious and available. A great stay!

From the moment I stepped out of my car, I knew I was in for a treat. We were greeted with home made bread and an amazing view, The space was perfect for us and our hosts even gave us a tip on a great venue in Nashville. We toured the estate and even spent time in the chapel. What a unique, clean, and beautiful property.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this lovely home. The grounds were so beautiful during all the fall colors. The pool was heated and we enjoyed swimming at night and visiting around the pool. The house had plenty of space for all 5 of us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were celebrating our first gathering of our Book Club. The house is centrally located to downtown Franklin, Grand Old Opry and Broadway Street for a true Nashville experience .

My Family stayed for a week as we were in town for a wedding. The property was beautiful and perfectly met our needs. Great location in a beautiful area. Linda and Wes were more than accommodating. They are great people and truly care about your time and experience while you are staying there. Hope to visit again next year.!

What an incredible place to stay! It was nice and cozy, and perfect for all of us staying. Our littles enjoyed the place, and the hosts were incredibly kind. We were sad to leave, but will definitely consider staying here again on future trips to the area. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable, and close to activities

Linda was a fabulous host!! This beautiful cottage was exactly as described and made for the perfect weekend. We were welcomed with some wonderful southern hospitality, couldn’t have asked for a better vacation getaway!!

The guest house was the perfect size for the family which consisted of 5 adults. The owners were super sweet and very responsive to our couple of texts. Thank you Linda!

Our stay was quiet and peaceful with plenty to do with our children! Our kids loved the pool and all the floats available to play with! The location is close to downtown Nashville which allowed us to do a lot of sight seeing during the day! The hosts are friendly and communicate very well. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay!

We had a great week at this home! It was quiet, clean, safe, and the grounds are gorgeous! I rated 4/5 for location because while it is in Franklin, it’s still 20 minutes out of the city so going to see the sites around Franklin was farther than we expected. However, the trade off for a quiet street and such beautiful landscaping was worth it. I think it’s worth noting on the listing that both bathrooms are downstairs. One is off the kitchen and has a small stall shower. The other bathroom is the main one, more spacious and off the hall. I would’ve preferred an upstairs bathroom for the bedrooms up there but it was serviceable for one week. Our hosts were great, we felt safe and enjoyed the pool quite a bit.
