Downtown Franklin Farmhouse 2. Steps to Dining, Shops & Cafes

The Host/ess was Great! Very helpful and nice. She even gave us a name of a Plumber tell help get our Son's contact lens out of the bathroom sink.The place was beautifully appointed and the floorplan was perfect (nice and open, with good size rooms and bedrooms). We'll be back

The home is lovely and in an excellent location for enjoying Franklin. The host was responsive but the home had most everything we needed.

Fantastic house in Franklin!!! House is so comfortable , beautifully decorated and lots of room for everyone!!! Beds were excellent, bathrooms are beautiful and so close to all that Franklin has to offer. One of the BEST VRBO experiences I have ever had.

Downtown Franklin farmhouse was one of the nicest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were beyond comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous. The TV was so easy to use. It was nothing to cast our devices to the TV. This is an excellent place to stay.

loved the place the minute we walked in. The furnishings were beautiful. The place was squeaky clean. Everything we needed was provided for. We highly recommend this place. the only issue my husband and i was working the TV. We are not that techy so it was difficult for us. That was a minor thing. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay and plan to reserve it again.

Location was perfect, host was so nice & accommodating, the house is adorable, beds are cozy, everything very clean.The only reasonI didn't give it 5 stars is because there was a slight ant problem in the living room around the wood coffee table....but nothing some ant killer can't fix.

This was an amazing property to stay at with friends. We truly enjoyed the convenience of walking to the downtown area since we did not rent a car. Karen was a wonderful host.

OUTSTANDING in every way. This renovated property is all about the details. Beautifully decorated, quality linens, lightly stocked chef's kitchen (coffee, salt,pepper plastic wrap ect) are just a couple of things that made our stay so special. The house is a short walk to all the shops in Franklin. If you want to stay in, the gathering space is cozy and welcoming.Fun extra fact: There is a 1 trolley (btw) if you want to use that to get Nashville Hot Chicken at Hattie B's and explore The Factory at Franklin (a remolded gem worth checking out). Tio Fun is just 2 short blocks away for Mexican and Margs and even breakfast burritos -- Ole!!!Karen is a wonderful point of contact and made checking in and out so easy. Basically... congrats! look no further. This place is the one!

We loved the location to downtown Franklin, very walkable. The parking situation was a bit scary at first but we had no problem finding on-street parking. We would love to revisit this home in the future.

This Franklin “Farmhouse” was ideal for our family of 11 to gather for a post-Christmas celebration! The bedrooms are large, the kitchen is extremely well stocked for meal prep, it’s very clean and a block & 1/2 from downtown historic Franklin. Karen, our host, was a pleasure to work with…down to earth yet very professional! We rented the entire house and would absolutely do so again next time we’re in the Franklin area.

House was as described - very accommodating for our family and is very walkable to the main shopping/dining area of Franklin. We would definitely stay there again.

They spares no thought when designing and implementing all the little things, like: fans, bed size, finishes, amazing kitchen, comfort, even the hooks for the living room throws was thought out. Peaceful mind when we stayed here!

The unit was beautifully remodeled but could use some improvement. The living room sofas were very disappointing. The seat cushions were very worn and flat. The mattresses were extremely firm and low quality and we were unable to sleep well. Usual check out for VRBO’s Is 11:00am which would have been more convenient than a 10:00am checkout.

My husband I were in need of THIS place during travel. The atmosphere and accommodations were exactly what the doctor ordered! Karen was more than gracious in her attentiveness. We would absolutely stay here again. :)

Perfect home away from home in quaint Franklin. Loved that this home was was a short stroll away from everything in this lovely city.

Another great stay! Great location and well managed. If you like great food,spirits and shopping all in walking distance then this is the spot!! Plenty of space for 3 couples. Went to FirstBank Amphitheater for the first time and great venue with a short 15 min drive. We will be back! Thx again.

Cute house and great service

This house has a great floor plan, kitchen, comfortable king beds and nice size bathrooms. It is very close to the square in Franklin. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Everything was as expected about the property. We have 2 adult daughters and the eldest is recently married and has our first grandson. Prior years, we used to go to Nashville as a family and have enjoyed it very much. This year we decided to go a little bit outside of Nashville and stay in Franklin with our entire clan. We had one small issue and they were super responsive. Everything was clean and enjoyable for the entire weekend. Super easy to check in and super easy to check out. We would definitely come back again and highly this property. Walking distance to shopping, dining and treats.

This place is perfect to walk everywhere downtown. The host is great and the house is very nice, clean and adorable.
