This 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin is located next to Prentice Cooper State Forest near Signal Mountain and The Tennessee River. brbr Completed at the close of the summer of 2016, this cabin is complete with a full kitchen, living room, spacious bathroom, a queen bedroom and children's room with two twin beds. It also boast a private patio w/ hot tub, fire pit and outdoor eating for 4-6 located behind the cabin. This cabin backs up to Prentice Cooper WMA. brA spacious front porch provides the perfect spot for watching the morning mist descend upon the valley with a fresh cup of coffee in hand. Nicely appointed rooms, high ceilings and exposed beam work create a rustic retreat you will not want to leave! This cabin sleeps two adults and two children very comfortable. There is additional sleeping to accommodate guest (2) on the fold out sofa in the living room for up to 6 guest total.brbrWE DO NOT ALLOW DOGS AT THIS LISTING under any circumstances. This includes service dogs.brbrRates are based on an occupancy of 4 persons.
