Luxurious Historic 4 level home in St Elmo

We loved the house! The kitchen had everything needed to enjoy cooking breakfast and dinner. The large dining table was perfect all of is to enjoy food and card games. We enjoyed the firepit, too. The beds were comfy. The location was close to local restaurants and breweries. We highly recommend staying here. Our host was thoughtful and accommodating.

This was the perfect stay for myself and my group of friends. The house was so beautiful and spacious.

It was a great space for a family gathering. The kitchen with the bar was great the gaming area was used the dining table was great for meals and gaming and there was also plenty of couch base next to the TV for family videos. Everybody reported that their bed was nice and enjoyable and we even used the lower level for an event or two. I think our only regret is that we did not book for more than three nights but perhaps we could do that in the future.

Beautiful Kitchen, Fully stocked

We were in town for a family wedding. This property was perfect for the eight of us staying at the house. Plenty of space for us to spread out and have our privacy. It was also great for having small family gatherings in the evening to socialize. Proper management was in communication with us the whole time and was responsive to all needs. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The most gorgeous VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Perfect location to catch the Tennessee River Walk Trail. Bike trail extension behind the backyard. Plates, glasses, linens, towels & beds were all perfect. Thank you for putting so much attention and care into making our stay PERFECT!

Home was immaculate, great location!! Had a wonderful time with family.

Check in easy. Codes and address accurate. Off road Parking for our 4 vehicles- room for another on the parking pad too. Very comfortable for me and my husband, our adult son and his girlfriend, our adult daughter and her husband and two kids ( one a newborn) and our sister in law and her son. The lift had a circular metal stairway loved by the young folks who slept and played up there. The owner stopped by after I responded to an email inquiring about our stay by stating a few outlet didn’t work. He came and reset a breaker. Nice man. Location- perfect for Lookout Mountain or downtown activities and for walking to the Incline Railway on a protected path. Also several restaurants within walking distance.

Beautifully restored historic property in historic neighborhood. Property was clean with exceptional amenities. Location was perfect for our needs. Property manager was responsive to all our needs.

We absolutely loved this house for our large family! Everyone had their own space, and the common areas were well furnished and laid out in a way that made it easy to be together. Close to lots of restaurants and activities, and well equipped for a morning or night in. We had one small electrical issue in the house, and the owners were SO fast to respond and stop by to fix it. Amazing communication and responsiveness. I would recommend this home and I would be happy to stay here again!

This property was one of two houses we rented for a Family Reunion. It was very clean and well appointed. It was a beautiful property. Our family who stayed here loved everything about it!!
