Charming House - 5 Minutes to Downtown Chattanooga & Aquarium

Charming house and walkable to many sights.

This was our third time staying here. As usual, the whole experience was lovely and seamless. The property is well maintained. The hosts are responsive and check in with you periodically. I would highly recommend staying here.

Quick responses, clean home & great location! Can’t ask for more. We had a great time and enjoyed how close it was to several shops and dining locations.

Fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, comfortable beds/bedding, TVs in every room, sound machine, parking, ease with check in and the location was perfect!! Definitely would stay again.

We had a great time! The place not only served a purpose but did so in a way that made us feel at home. The location was great for us and fit our needs perfectly!

My husband and I took our girls (8 & 3) to Chattanooga for a long weekend and this house was perfect! It was cozy and close by to everything we wanted to do. All communication was clear and prompt! Check in was easy as was check out. The neighborhood is adorable and very quiet. We would stay here again easily! We highly recommend the Chattanooga Zoo and Aquarium and Creative Discovery Museum if you have kiddos! We were there for hours of fun! And don't pass on Coolidge Park to ride the beautiful antique carouse and play in the splash pad area. And don't pass up getting ice cream at Clumpie's - absolutely delicious!

Had an absolute blast! Such a nice house in a great neighborhood. Was very close drive to multiple restaurants. Would definately stay here again.

So delighted to stay a the cozy happy place! We loved the porch and the ease of the ecening light as we relaxed at home . The kitchen is a great size and bed comfortable. Our little poodle bichon was happy to get to walk the neighborhood and we explored a bit. Thanks so much!

You cannot beat the location! The house is in a quiet, cute, safe neighborhood and only a short drive from downtown. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and sitting on the front porch in the mornings. There are nearby restaurants within walking distance, which were nice options when we didn’t feel like driving into the city. The check in process was seamless. The place was clean. The communication with the property manager was great!

This was our second stay. Genevieve is a fantastic host. She is great about checking on your stay. The house was very clean with lots of things you might need like pots and pans or a blanket to cozy up with on the couch. My son and I played lots of ping pong. This time around I really enjoyed the swing on the front porch. My son and I played cards and enjoyed the sunshine and the neighborhood vibe. The Tremont Tavern is a stone's throw away as well as a few other great dining options. Downtown Chattanooga is a 3 minute drive. So it is super easy to get to nearby attractions. The house is on the smaller side, but for our family of three it works just fine. Smart TV, nice kitchen and nice shower are all great amenities. Five star stay all the way!

My family and I stayed here while visiting Chattanooga. We loved the home, the easy communication, and location. 10/10 recommend.

Love to visit Chattanooga and have done so frequently with the fam. This was, by far, our favorite place to stay. Quite cozy and supremely close to the action. Our host was helpful and friendly. Hope to stay here again very soon.

The House was exactly as described and the neighborhood was amazing. Communication with the owners was easy and everything was great. Definitely take advantage of the local spots within walking distance that they recommend. It's an easy walk even with little kids.

The house was such a lovely bungalow, roomy and quite comfortable. We were able to walk to brunch and it was super close to downtown we ended up going out more than we normally would. Definitely recommend if you want to feel local and able to pop around the city!

We were visiting Chattanooga for my grandson's first birthday. I love North Chattanooga, and I particularly loved this location because it was a block from my son's house!! It was perfect for our stay. I particularly appreciated how quick and easy it was to communicate with the owners who were very accommodating.

We stayed here with my special needs 4 year old and this is the absolute most comfortable and perfect rental we have ever stayed in with her! Comfy, clean, convenient, and the host was wonderful! In a super nice area! We felt very safe! This will definitely be our new go to when we travel to Chattanooga for my daughter’s appointments!

We have stayed at this home multiple times now because it has a good location, is clean, has a great kitchen and comfortable beds. Plus it has beautiful wallpaper in the dining room and a porch swing!

We were in town with our dog to receive radiation treatment for his cancer. The house was cozy and accommodating and helped us make it more comfortable.
