You can swim from April through late October. It is a short walk to the private marina and gazebo, where there is a private covered marina; Fish Springs will bring a rental boat to an open slip for you if you'd like or you can bring one yourself. In the winter, it is an amazing home located 20 miles from a handful of skiing mountains including Sugar, Beech, and Appalachian. Our home, completed in late November 2009, looks like something straight out of a movie with driftwood trees inside the house as well as indoor and outdoor water falls. Just a 5 minute drive to a Dollar General as well. When you arrive at Water's Edge you will not want or need to leave. We offer a Pontoon boat rental from May to October that can stay at the house overnight/s and you can use at your leisure with no trips running back and forth and wasting precious vacation/boating time. This property is a Beach Style Lakefront home with double slip dock. The gentle slope of the patio walk to water provides an easy walk to the Waters Edge.
